Ava Anderson Consultant – Compensation Plan Terminology
I have collected the vocabulary that is used within the Ava Anderson compensation plan so that you have a reference with looking at the review of the Ava Anderson Compensation Plan.
This has some of the mlm vocabulary that I have on my mlm glossary blogpost, however, the large majority of them are newer terms specific to the Ava Anderson compensation plan for those that want to sell Ava Anderson non toxic products.
Each mlm vocabulary is from the mlm review that is being made for Ava Anderson Non Toxic Review is in alphabetical order.

Active – When looking to be a consultant for the Ava Anderson non toxic company you must be active in order to get commissions. Active in regards to the Ava Anderson compensation plan means to have at least $300 in Personal Sales for each period. The Ava Anderson Consultant will receive commission from personal sales even if not considered to be active.
Active Leg – This refers to any ava Anderson consultant that is on the first level and includes the entire downline. As long as one person in that leg is active, it is called an active leg.
Cancellation Policy – In the Ava Anderson Consultant plan, this says that consultants much have at least $500 of personal sales in a six month period in order to remain an Ava Anderson Consultant and in order to keep the downline they have built up. If the Ava Consultant does not meet this requirement this will cause their account to be canceled and removed from the downline they were in within the Ava Anderson Company. All of the downline and customers that were built under the canceled consultant will be automatically shifted to the nearest upline consultant that has a good standing and is an active Ava Anderson Non Toxic Consultant.
Career Rank – Ava Anderson Consultants have career ranks which recognizes their efforts and exhibits the highest rank which they have achieved in the Ava Anderson Company. Consultant Career ranks in the compensation plan do not change (unless they become demoted). This is different form a “Paid – as Rank” which changes from month to month depending on sales and activity within the account. An example is this: Kathy is promoted to being at the Executive rank in July. She is now an Executive until she moves to a higher rank or if for some reason Ava Anderson demotes her. In August, she gets paid the Executive Ava Anderson commissions/bonuses. Both her career rank and her “paid as” rank are equal. In September she gets paid as a Triple Star. Her career rank is still Executive, however her “Paid as Rank” is Triple Star for that particular month.
Compression – If an Ava Consultant leaves the Ava Anderson Non Toxic Company they are considered canceled and their downline is moved or compressed to their upline in order to fill in the gap that was left by the Ava Anderson Consultant. An exception would be if that canceled consultant was at the executive level or higher for the last four periods. Here’s an example: John has three legs: Jackie, Evangeline and Jemma. John does not met the Ava Anderson Standards to keep an active status and is therefore canceled and removed as a consultant for the Ava Anderson Company. Because of this, Jackie, Evangeline and Jemma are all shifted and compressed up to the person “above” John who happens to be Jesse. Now, Jemma, Evangeline and Jackie are a part of Jesse’s downline and are on his first level (just like they were for John).
Compression for Bronze Executive or higher) – If an Ava Anderson Non Toxic Company Consultant is paid as a bronze executive or higher for the last four periods and then is canceled for any reason, their downline will be compressed under the following conditions:
- If the personal sponsor is being paid as a Bronze Executive (or higher) for at least the last four periods, the compression of the downline will take place.
- If the personal sponsor is was not being paid as Bronze Executive or higher for the last four periods, then they will be given a chance to get to the Bronze executive level for six periods to be paid at that lever or higher at least twice. If the Ava Anderson Consultant promotes to Bronze Executive compensation level in that six months then they will be able to quality as Bronze Executive again.
- If the personal sponsor qualifies when given a chance by Ava Anderson, then their downline will increased by gaining the downline of the canceled consultant.
- If the personal sponsor does NOT qualify because they do not meet the conditions, this the position of the consultant who was canceled will remain open.
Customer – For the purposes of the Ava Anderson Non Toxic company, you are considered a customer as long as you are an individual who purchases Ava Products for personal use and is not under any agreement or contract with Ava Anderson. Customers are NOT allowed to have a downline, they do not receive commission from the Ava Anderson Company, and do not gain or grow in volume. The volume from purchases (from customers) is given (credited) to the Ava Anderson Consultant who sponsored them. Ava Anderson Customers are not in the “tree” of commissions.
Demotion Policy- The Ava Anderson Company Demotion Policy allows demotion on a yearly schedule for the rank of Executive an higher. Ranks in the Ava Anderson Company, that are this high, are kept for 12 months after any moth in which they qualify. Example: Jane qualifies and is promoted in July for Executive. She will be at the Executive rank now until next July. If she qualifies again in August, then her rank as Executive will extend to August of the following year.
Downline – Ava Anderson, like any mlm company, places the people who you bring in in a downlown below you in a sort of rank. Everyone, even those you didn’t bring in but may have been brought in by someone you did, is in your downline.
Downline Sales (DS) – Ava Anderson Consultants gain downline sales with all personal sales and the entire downline organization. All downline ava consultants, no matter what their rank, are a part of downline sales.
Eligible- Ava Anderson Consultants are eligible to get commissions from ava products if they meet certain career rank requirements for any particular payout schedule. In order to receive Group Sales Bonuses, the Ava Consultant must be at the career rank or higher or an Executive. If they have a lower rank than executive they are not able to receive the bonus. In order to get paid (receive a payout) the Ava Anderson Consultant has to eligible and qualified. Being eligible but not qualified is possible. For example a consultant ranks as an executive so they are eligible for the group sales bonus, however they are paid as something different which then makes the unqualified to receive the executive bonus). The opposite is also possible. An Ava Anderson Sales Consultant can be at the rank of Triple Star and are qualified but they are not eligible for group sales commission.
Generation – This refers to the relationship between one Executive (or higher) and another of equal rank. If an Executive is not paid as an Executive, they are still considered to be a Generation from their upline Executive (or higher).
Generation Commissions – Generation Commission in the Ava Anderson Company are paid to downline Generations and their personal group. Example: The 1st generation pays out on the first downline Execuitive or higher and all the people below them. This goes all the way down to (but doesn’t include) the next level executive (or higher) rank. Mentor Bonuses can be paid and if so then the Generation Commissions will be paid at half their normal percentage.
Grace Period – When a consultant is promoted to an executive within their group for the first time, then the upline executive is only required to have $4000 Group Sales for two period following the promotion of the consultant. At the beginning of the third period, the upline Executive then must have group sales at the executive or higher level in order to be paid at the executive level. If there are overlapping grace periods, because more than one consultant is promoted, then the group sales will be $0 wherever the overlapping occurs.
Group– An Ava Anderson Group consists of the Ava Consultant and their entire downline but does not include an executive or higher. Group can also be called the personal group.
Group Sales – Also seen as GS, Group Sales is the total personal sales that the Ava Anderson Consultant makes and their entire downline. This does not include Executives below them as they are not considered in their group to be considered group sales. If a consultant promotes to an executive, then their Group Sales will be included for that period only. After the initial period, Group sales are not included when a consultant has moved to an executive level.
Group Sales Commission (GSO) – This is paid to Executives and higher (Paid-as Executives). It pays onteh group sales and includes the Executive’s personal sales. If the executive rank is not paid at the executive rate or higher, then the group sales commission is not paid. Mentor bonuses are paid but at the cost of half the percentage of the GSO.

Leg – A mlmleg begins with the first level of consultants and includes the consultant and everyone that is below them. There can be as many legs are there are first level consultants for any particular consultant (I need a confused crazy face here). So..if Johnny has 16 first leverl consultants, then he would have 16 legs. Get it?
Level– The vertical position or how far away the consultant is relative to another upline or downline consultant is considered the level you are at. If you are personally sponsored by someone, you are in their first level. The person who sponsored your sponsor will have you in their second level. Regular customers are NOT in the consultant genealogy (the little level tree we are making here)
Level 1-3 Commission – A percentage of the personal volume from each consultant is paid to the first three upline levels. IN order to get the Level 1-3 commission in the Ava Anderson Compensation plan, the uplines MUST be active, be qualified and be eligible (no surprise there). No commission is paid if the Ava Anderson non toxic consultant is inactive, unqualified or ineligible. (See the Ava Anderson Compensation plan)
Matching New Exective Bonus – The very first upline Executive or anyone higher in career rank is allowed to receive a new executive bonus that matches. When the downline consultant becomes an executive for the first time, this bonus can happen. The first executive upline from them is qualified to receive the bonus as long as they are paid as and Executive or higher (so basically at the same career rank or higher than their downline consultant). Bonus is ONLY paid to those that meet this rank
Mid-Month Run– No it’s not a marathon! This is the retail commission that are paid once or twice or more throughout the month and before the close of that month.
Minimum Commission Deposit/Payment: The minimum amount that you are allowed to get from the sales (no matter from what Ava Anderson Product or Coach commission) is exactly one dollar!
New Executive Bonus – As a reward for achieving the Executive rank for the first time, the person that is promoted to this rank in the Ava company will receive $500 as a one time bonus. Their upline sponsor (that is an executive rank or higher) is eligible to also receive $500 so long as they are active, qualified and eligible to do so.
New 1st Generation Executive in the last 12 months – The Ava Anderson Platinum Executive level and above have additional requirements that must be met starting at the 13th month after being promoted to PE (Platinum Executive). They have to maintain at least one 1st generation executive every 12 months or promote to a higher rank. This means someone, that is an executive, in their downline must promote to a higher rank. If they don’t, the they are demoted to Gold Executive. But, if they meet the requirements to promote to a higher rank, then the calendar will be reset to 12 months again.
Paid As Rank – This means that every Ava Anderson Consultant is paid for the rank that they currently qualify for during any given period. If they do not achiever their career rank level during any period, they are paid at the lower rank for which they do qualify. They will still stay at their current career rank but they will not get paid at that level until they actually qualify at that level again for getting paid.
Period – A period in the Ava Anderson Company is that which refers to a specific time in which payouts and qualifications are dictated and paid for. A period in the Ava Anderson Compensation plan is one month. So if you were talking about 8 period…you are talking about 8 months.
Personal Sponsor – The Ava Anderson Consultant that is a personal sponsor is the consultant that is directly above another consultant in the Ava Anderson Compensation plan hierarchy or genealogy.
Personal Sales (PS) – The total sales from retail plus any personal purchases of any one single Ava Anderson Consultant from orders they actually place themselves or by customers that they obtained.
Power Bonus – Ava Anderson Consultants that get 1000 personal sales in one month (one period) are qualified to be paid an additional percentage on their personal orders. This bonus is paid on the retail sales but does not include personal purchases.
Promote (Promotion) – To promote to the next level or career rank, an Ava Consultant must meet all the qualifications for the rank during that period. The promotion becomes active the first day of the same period which means that no matter what day the consultant qualified for the promotion, the new career rank is effective for the entire period. So you could become a Bronze Executive on July 29 and that would qualify you for that rank for the entire month of July and you would be paid at that level for all of July sales.
Promotion Security – After being promoted, the Ava Consultatn will be paid as their new rank for the period following the promotion no matter what they actually are qualified for. They have to meet their Personal Sales requirement to receive the Promotion Security. After that, they will be paid for whatever rank they actually qualify for.
Qualified – In order to be qualified, the consultant must meet the paid as requirements for that rank. Ava Consultants only receive the pay for the rank that they are both eligible and qualified for. For example (taken from the Ava Anderson Compensation plan) “ If a consultant is eligible for the group sales commission because they have a career rank of executive, but they are paid as a triple s1 or below, they are unqualified for the bonus.” The same goes for the opposite to hold true. If you are a triple S1 bu you are ineligible to receive group sales commission because that is only for executives and above.
Qualified Leg – In order for a leg in your Ava Anderson mlm company to be qualified, you have to have at least one individual in that leg to be qualified at a specific rank or position. So, if you want to be an Executive, you have to have four active legs plus two that have to have at least one consultant that is paid as a double $1 or higher.

Reinstatement Policy – Ava Anderson Consultants that are canceled or resigned, my try to request a reinstatement at any time. If approved, they will be put back under their original sponsor…however, their downline will not be reinstated and their rank will not be kept. They are considered a new Ava Anderson Consultant for all purposes. If the consultant wants to change their personal sponsor, they have to wait 6 months under their current one before terminating and reapplying. Again, the downline that they created will not follow them.
Retail Profit – This term refers to the difference between what the Ava Anderson Consumer pays and what the wholesale price is. The profit is given to the consultant regardless whether or not the Ava Anderson Consultant is considered active or inactive.
Rank Maintenance- When an Ava Consultant is promoted to a new career rank, they can maintain that rank by making sure they meet all the same qualifications they had in order to achieve that rank each month. They will be Paid as at their career rank by doing so and their Paid As and Career Rank will be the same. If they do not maintain their Career Rank qualification, then they will only be Paid as for whatever rank they actually qualify for during any given period. This helps prevent lazy or inactive consultants from making money off of nothing. IN order to be Platinum, the consultant must maintain at least 1 new 1st generation executive every 12 months or promote to a higher rank. This meant hat every period, they have to have one person in their personal group promote to a higher rank. (so this ensures activity within the group)
