To start out…let’s just talk about the Ava Anderson Compensation Plan shall we?
I’ve got the “in” on how it works and I will try my best to explain to you here.

Ava Anderson Non Toxic was started in 2009 by Ava Anderson when she was 14 years old. Whe had just completed watching a documentary on hazardous and harmful chemical that were found in personal care items.
She was astonished to find out the harmful products and to know that most people had no idea that the products (shampoos, skin lotions, deodorants and more) were so toxic.
She learned that even “organic” or “safe” skin care products still had elements of the dangerous and toxic chemicals in them.
After watching the show, she discarded the toxic makeup and other toxic personal care items and began her adventure with Ava Anderson Non Toxic.
The Ava Anderson products all have no harmful chemicals. No parabens or PEGs (these actually give me horrible scalp problems if I used them), No dyes or fragrances that are not from nature, No phthalates, No animal testing, no nitrosamines or formaldehyde, no glycol or sodium laureth sulfate (used to make the bubbles!), and no petroleum byproducts.
Everything they make (All Ava Products) are gluten free too!
The Ava Anderson Non Toxic Product Line covers a diverse amount of products such as home, candles, pet products, personal care such as hair items, skin products, lotions and more.
Some of the more popular Ava products are the non toxic bug sprays, the non toxic shampoo, non toxic make up, non toxic cleaning products and the non toxic cleaners. All are the Ava Anderson products that deliver nothing but non toxic products in your home.
The Ava Anderson Compensation Plan:
Ava Anderson is a direct selling opportunity for you to join leading internet online marketing buffs in creating a rich future for themselves by selling the Ava Anderson Non-Toxic Product line.
The Compensation plan is pretty thorough so I’ll try to get through is as painlessly as possible.
Ava Anderson Commissions and Bonuses
Commission and Bonus through selling Ava Anderson Products is earned through personal sales.
Each Ava Anderson Consultant can earn from 30% all the way up to 50% commission and bonus on their monthly personal sales. (wow!)
Personal sales are defined in the Ava Anderson Glossary of Terms that I made here.
One of the perks of being a n Ava Anderson Consultant is that you get to order the non-toxic products at a wholesale rate of 30% off the retail value.
The percentage that you earn from Ava Anderson Sales is as follows:
- If you sell Ava Anderson Products and bring in less than a grand from those sales, you get a total of 30% commission and no bonus.
- Selling $1000-$1999 Ava products will shoot you to a power bonus of 5% PLUS your 30% from the first level so that makes you 35% of the retail sales!
- If you sell Ava Non Toxic Products and bring in between $2000 and $2999, you get 10% bonus plus the 30% and that make it a grand total of 40% of sales.
- Selling $3000-$3999 of the Ava Anderson product during an Ava Anderson party or online, will bring you a shopping 15% sales bonus on top of your 30% bringing your total Ava Anderson commissions to 45% (LOVE IT!)
- Finally, Selling over 4 grand of any ava products will give you the maximum bonus (Bonus 4) of 20% and a total of 50% in commission off of the Ava Anderson products that you sell.
This is the first and foremost way that you will begin making money with the Ava Anderson company.
But wait!
There’s more.
Because Ava Anderson is an MLM, you will also be receiving commissions on sales of the consultants in your group.
This is intended to encourage you to bring people in as Ava Anderson Consultants, sell Ava Anderson Consultant kits and get people excited about the Ava Anderson Consultant discount perks.
It must be working pretty good because Ava Anderson is not only one of the top trending mlm companies in town, they are also one of the top performing mlm companies around.
As a matter of a fact, at the time of this blog, they were the only mlm company that was listed as a top trending mlm company and a top performing mlm.
I haven’t done a review of an mlm company and their compensation plan that has met both of these qualification until now.
I really would rather just watch these Millionaire Mentoring videos rather than think about Ava. You?
Here’s the next level of payment you get as an Ava Anderson Consultant:
Building your Ava Anderson Consultant Group
You share the Ava Anderson mlm opportunity and you get benefits from it when you bring in ava consultants and build your group. (this just means more exposure for the Ava Products and more growth for the company).
You earn commission from the very first consultant you bring in right away.
Here’s an example of how your group can grow:
In the above example, you are the Sponsor of the Level One Consultants. This means you brought all of the Level One Consultants into your Ava Anderson Consultant group and you now have three legs.
Each leg you have, in this example, has a different story. One leg, have a Level 2 consultant that was sponsored by one of your level 1’s, another leg (the middle leg here) has a Level One Consultant who sponsored a Level 2, who then sponsored another consultant for a total of three levels. Finally, the far right consultant your brought in has not sponsored any consultants yet.
Your group grows as each new Ava Anderson Consultant is brought in either by your or by someone you sponsored.
How does building your group of Ava Anderson Consultants pay?
Let’s take a looksee:
The percentage that you get on commissions increases as your group grows:
- STAR Consultant –If you bring in one Ava Anderson Consultant, you are considered at the “paid as” rank of a STAR consultant.
- A Star Consultant is paid on all the personal sales PLUS 5% on on any personally sponsored Ava Anderson Consultant Volume.
- Double STAR – As an Ava Anderson Non –Toxic Consultant who bring in two Level one consultants you get:
In this example, you would receive a total of 14% on level 1 and 6% because of your level 2.
- Triple Star Consultant-If you are an Ava Anderson Distributor that brings in three level one people, you then get:
- A commission on the Ava Products
- 7% on all personally sponsored Ava Consultants (Level 1)
- 5% on All Level 2 Consultants
- 3% on all Level 3 Consultant volume
- EXECUTIVE – Ava Anderson Consultants in the Compensation plan that bring in multiple (over three Level One consultants) get the following Ava Anderson Consultant Benefits:
- All commissions on personal sales
- 7% on personally sponsored Level one Ava Consultants
- 5% on Level 2 Ava Consultants
- 5% on all Level 3 Consultants
- 2% on all consultant volume whether or not they are in level 1, 2,3, or 20. Essentially this means that you now get 9% for level 1’s, 7% on level 2 and 3 and 2% on everything else.
What is required of you as an Ava Anderson Consultant?
How do you qualify to promote and receive group level commissions and bonuses as an Ava Consultant?
The qualifying requirement depend on which level or rank you are in:
- Consultants – To qualify for bonuses at this level all that is required is a signed application
- STAR – You must sell $300 in Personal Sales and have one Active Leg
- Double Star – You must Sell $600 of personal Sales and have 2 Active legs, with group sales meeting or exceeding $2000
- Triple Star – You must have $800 in Personal Sales of Ava products, 3 Active Legs, one leg must be a star leg (they have to have one active leg themselves) and an overall $4000 in group sales.
- Executive- You must make $1000 in personal sales, have 4 active legs, 2 of the legs must be double star legs and the group sales must be at $8000.00
As An example of all this, if you assume that all consultants bring in $1000.00 the following would apply:
You are a star consultant, you get $35.00 (from that $1000 of sales) from group income.
You are a double star. Everyone sells $1000.00 of product and you get $119.00 of group income.
Triple star? – $3000 in sales, you get $182.00 bonus from group income.
Executive? – If you have 4 first and 4 second level consultants and two of those have 2 legs each, you get $574 group bonus as long as all 12 people are making $1000 in sales each.
Another example would be if you had 8 levels 1, 12 level 2 consultant, 20 Level 3 consultants and 30 other levels in your group. That would be a group bonus of $2492 in that month. That would be a group that is totally active throughout though and brining in well over $70,000 a month as a group.
So there you have it, the Group bonus.
Way #3 to earn money as an Ava Consultant in the Ava Anderson Compensation plan?
EXECUTIVE PROMOTION.
This is considered the first level of leadership in the Ava Anderson Non Toxic company and you have to show that you can sell, sponsor, train and manage Ava Anderson Non – Toxic Consultants. Once you reach this level you automatically get a one time bonus of $500.00 for achieving this feat.
In addition to doing that, your upline sponsor will get a matching bonus as long as they are at the same paid as rank and qualifying rank as you. They also get $500.
Way #4 – The Ava Anderson Consultant Executive Career Path and Compensation
This allows you to earn commissions on the generations in all the groups in y our personal downline.
You can earn commissions on the entire groups up to five generations below you. So you want to focus on building those 5 levels up and training them to be successful.
Executives get paid on all personal sales plus all the commission and bonuses based on group volume and now as a commission on volume of generations of groups in their downline.
The executive commission are a direct result of you helping your downline build their levels so that they are at the executive level as well.
Each consultant that promotes to executive gives you the opportunity to earn on the entire group. You still must maintain your personal sales volume at $1000 and keep all the qualifications for executive rank in order to continue getting paid the executive commissions based on the generations.
The more you build your first level and help them build, the more money you will have in order to earn the commissions on the Ava products and group sales volume.
The executive Ava Anderson commissions are as follows:
- Executive – 2% of sales on 1st generation
- Bronze – 4% of sales on the 1st generation
- Silver – 4% off of generation 1 and 4% off of generation 2
- Gold – 4% on Generaion 1,2 and 3 each.
- Platinum – 4% across the board up to generation 4
- Vice President – 4% on all generation (up to five)
So how do you become a Bronze Executive and so on?
- Bronze – Requires that you have 1 executive leg.
- Silver – 2 executive legs and $30 DS (downline sales)
- Gold – 3 Executive legs. 1 Bronze leg and $60K in Downline Sales
- Platinum – 4 Executive Legs, 2 Silver Legs, $120,000 in Downline sales and at least 1 new executive in the last 12 periods (months)
- Vice President – 5 Executive Legs, 2 Gold Legs and $300,000 in downline sales and 1 new executive in the last 12 months.
So…what’s the pay?
Bronze Ava Anderson Executive Pay
- Paid on all personal sales
- Commission on Group Volume
- Commisions on Generation groups at 4%
- (You need $1000 in personal sales, $8000 in group sales, 4 active legs and 2 double stars)
Silver Salary for Ava Anderson Non- toxic (not really a salary but you get what I’m saying)
- Paid on all personal sales
- Commission in GV
- 4% commission on Generation 1 and 2 groups
- Must have 2 Executive legs in the down line, $30,000 in downline sales.
Gold Compensation Plan for Ava Anderson Executives
- Paid on all personal sales
- Commission in GV
- 4% commission on Generation 1,2 and 3 groups
- Must have 3 Executive legs of which one is Bronze in the down line, $60,000 in downline sales.
Platinum Ava Anderson Consultant Compensation
- Paid on all personal sales
- Commission in GV
- 4% commission on Generation 1,2,3, and 4 groups
- Must have 4 Executive Legs, w have to be Silver and $120,000 in downline sales with 1 new executive every12 month period.
Vice President at Ava Anderson Non – Toxic
- Paid on all personal sales
- Commission in GV
- 4% commission on Generation 1,2,3,4 and 5
- Must have 5 Executive legs, 2 that are silver and $300,000 in downline sales with one new Ava Anderson Consultant that turns Executive every 12 months.
So there you have it! The Ava Anderson Non-Toxic Consultant Compensation Plan!
This mlm opportunity also comes with some principles by which the Ava Anderson Non-Toxic Company was built.
- You can grow a business by being an Ava Consultant

Take not of number 8 because honestly…if you know nothing about promoting businesses and marketing online, you probably should take a course in internet online marketing before you jump into the Ava Anderson Non-Toxic Consulting Biz.
How is The Ava Anderson Non –Toxic Mlm company different from others in the same industry?
- You can earn up to 50% commission. This is higher than the industry average.
- You can and additional 2% on earnings from the entire group if you are at the Executive Rank
- You get a $500 Matching Bonus when you achieve Executive for the first time or when any of your personally sponsored clients move up to the rank of Executive.
- You get Leadership Earnings up to 5 levels deeps which can make this a very lucrative mlm.
