Freelife International Founders
- Ray Faltinsky – CEO and Co-Founder
- Kevin Fournier – President and Co- Founder
The Freelife international founders are focused on helping you achieve good health, wellness and to have the opportunity to live in abundance.
Sound familiar?
It should, almost all health mlms make this claim.
When will a mlm program come along that does something so different that it catches our eye and doesn’t blend and mesh in with the other mlm health companies?
Freelife Compensation Plan
The Freelife compensation plan was created with the Freelife founders taking fairness in mind. (At least that is what they claim in the very first part of the Freelife compensation plan) The leaders of Freelife have extensive experience in the direct selling business prior to the creation of Freelife International.
The Freelife International Compensation Plan is made with one “golden rule” in mind which is to reward the Freelife Distributors exactly in the way that the already successful Freelife Founders would want to be rewarded.
Of course, making a compensation plan that you would want comes with the statement that your compensation plan is the best in the industry…which the Freelife International Comp Plan makes a claim on.
No matter whether you are a full time or part time Freelife Independent Distributor, the compensation plan is stated to benefit you in the beginning of your involvement with Freelife and through time as you grow and increase in rank within the compensation program.
Within the Freelife International Comp Plan, there are thirteen ways in which you can be compensated.
The ways in which you can make money with Freelife International are:
- Freelife Product Rebate
- Fast Start Bonus
- Quick Start Bonus
- Freelife Transformation Bonus (weekly)
- 9- Level Commissions on your Freelife Organization
- Freelife Star Director Fast Track and Advancement Bonuses
- $75 Monthly Guarantee for the Freelife Star Director
- The Freelife car bonus which ranges from $600, $800 or $1000.
- Freelife Distributor Matching Bonus
- Freelife Ambassador Advancement Bonuses
- Freelife Ambassador Generational Bonuses
- Royal Freelife Ambassador Bonuses
- Freelife Leadership Development Pool
Freelife Review – The Free Life Compensation Plan (Long Version)
FreeLife International – First way to earn money with Freelife: The Product Rebate
The Product rebate is available to Active Freelife Distributors known as AC 100 marketing exectuives.
Persons who are in this rank or above are eligible to earn 10 % to 20% on Freelife Products in the form of a rebate on Total Personal Points that exceed 100 in a month. (Some special Freelife Product packs are not counted towards this rebate so you need to know what you’re buying and how it can help you make more money if your goal is to make money with Freelife International)
Freelife Distributors who earn up to 100 points are only qualified to earn the product rebate but do not receive any additional discount.
Once the FreeLife Distributor points exceed 100 and go up to 499 points, you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on anything over your initial qualifying points (over 100).
If you earn 500-999 points, you earn 15% on all commissionable points over 100 and if you go over 1000, you get 20% off of the points.
The thing that stands out to me for this particular mlm opportunity is that the Freelife product rebate focuses on points and accumulating points in order to start benefiting from the program.
As far as I can tell, at the time of this post, the Freelife points are equivalent to a dollar each so it is not confusing yet. However, I’m not sure why they would use points and not dollars in the first place unless they had something to hide. (This doesn’t mean that Freelife is a scam or that they are hiding anything, it is just my opinion that a point system can be manipulated to deceive and I’d rather the mlm compensation plans stay away from such practice)
As part of the Product Rebate, FreeLife offers the Body for Free Program which is based on the Freelife Distributor getting 3 customers who purchase challenge packs. When this happens, the distributor gets Free items. The free items can count towards your monthly qualification too.
FreeLife International – The second way to earn money with Freelife: Fast Start Bonus
The Freelife fast start bonus is very similar to most other mlm first start bons opportunities. This bonus allows new Freelife Associates to get immediate and long term commissions. The Faststart bonus is paid upline from everyone below you from purchases that are 100 pts or more.
The following commissions are offered from sales made within the first month of being a Freelife Distributor.
- Marketing Executive Advantage Customer 100 – 20%
- Star Director II – 30%
- Star director IV – 40%
- Freelife Ambassador – 50%
- Ambassador III – 55%
- Royal Ambassador 60%
The difference between your FSB for your paid as rank and that of the FSB paid to qualified new FreeLife Distributors is what you earn.
This particular pay is paid daily, so each time you enroll a new Freelife Distributor with a quick start pack, you get paid.
FreeLife International – A third way to earn money with Freelife: Quick Start Bonus
You become eligible for the Quick Start Bonus when you purchase a Quick Start Pack (aka QSP).
As a Freelife distributor who has purchased a QSP, you are eligible to receive the Lux Car Club Bonus which starts when you hit Star Director IV and above.
The Lux Car Bonus can pay $600, $800 or $1000.
In addition the Freelife Distributer can earn up to $130 that is paid upline infinity.
The QSP can only be purchased when you are new and within the first month.
ME purchases at a Gold or Platinum level will allow you to earn $60 or $130 according to the Freelife chart as follows:
- AC100 Enroller – $60
- Star Director II – $75
- Star Director IV – $85
- Ambassador – $100
- Ambassador I – $105
- Ambassador II – $110
- Ambassador III – $115
- Ambassador IV – $120
- Royal Ambassador – $130
Freelife Distributors also earn each time someone in their downline purchases a QSP when they first enroll with Freelife International.
Freelife Comp Plan: The fourth way to earn money – Transformation Weekly Bonus
This is paid weekly when you enroll new Freelife distributors or customers with the AC100 body Breathrough Pack, Active Lifestyle Pack, Gold OR Platinum Quick Start Pack.
To be eligible you must have purchased the Gold or Platinum QSP and you rank at least AC100.
Points you can Earn:
- 1 point for enrolling 2 new Freelife Distributors in one with the Body Breakthrough or the Active Lifestyle Pack.
- 2 points when you sponsor 2 new Freelife Distributors with a Gold or Platinum QSP
- 3 points when you sponsor 3 Freelife Distributors with same requirements as the 2 point earning above.
- 4 points earned when you sponsor Freelife Distributors and the same requirement as the 2 point earnings requirements.
FreeLife International – A third way to earn money with Freelife: 9 Level Organization Commissions
This reminds me of the typical mlm compensation plan. It’s filled with levels and percentages that you can earn on each tier of your organization.
The focus on this type of commission table is focused generously on the fact that you bring in New Freelife Distributors. (The part I hate the most)
Freelife does compress their levels so that you can still earn. The 9 levels organization commissions are paid monthly.

The Freelife Products are:

It is no wonder that the executive line up is so impressive with these kind of credentials.
I have provided a list of these persons below so that you can become more familiar with the leadership within the Freelife Opportunity that you can expect to see at events and even offering words of support and encouragement.
I have yet to see a list like this from doing my mlm reviews. However…take it with a grain of salt and make sure to read my whole review to see why I say that:
- Rick Handel – Lead Formulator. He is an expert in formulation and nutritional production. Smart guy too! He holds lots of patents and works with the advisory of science board to make sure that the Freelife International Products hold true to their claims and are backed by solid research. (I have not personally looked into these claims, however, I have seen the amount of peer reviewed research articles that support their product claims and it is very impressive)
- Carmia Borek, Ph.D. – Antioxidant Specilization. She obtained a doctorate in genetics and molecular biology and also has a degree in physiology. She has published over 300 times and is an advisor for the food and drug industry.
- Julie Hazel Campbell – Ph. D., AO, FAA – A doctor of neurology and an expert in cardiovascular diseases, she has published over 200 times and is the co-author of several books. She is a professor at a University in Australia and serves as a director and senior principle research fellow.
- Jialiu Liu –“Father of Jiaogulan” – A newer member of the advisory board, Dr. Liu is an expert in Jiaogulan which is a health supplement. Known as an “Advanced Scientist”, Dr. Liu has helped Freelife create one of the most effect jiaogulan products in the world which is known as the Jule of the Orient.
- Dwight Nance, Ph.D. – Dr. Dwight is an immunologist and has a doctorate in psychology. He teaches at an integrative Medicine university and has knowledge in the areas of physiology, psychology, pathology, anatomy and immunology.
- Vivienne Reeve – A Photoimmunological specialist, she has a doctorate in biochemistry and has degrees in chemistry and biochemistry. She is a Freelife science expert with experience in photoimmunosuppresions, photoprtection and photocarcinogenesis.
- Rivlin- Clinical Nutritionist and an expert in endocrinology and internal medicine, he got a doctorate from Harvard. He has treated many patients with nutritional imbalance and disorders and studies the impact of nutrition on the prevention of cancer.
- Judith Stern, Sc.D – She is an expert in diet and nutrition and has a doctor of science in nutrition. She has received many awards and honors and has published on topics of obesity, dietary supplements and exercise.
- Marie-Pierre St-Onge, Ph.D – Weight control and cardiovascular expert. She has a doctorate in nutrition and has studied the effects of nutrients on brain functioning.
Here’s how a normal person looks at all that backed up data and research:
Standing out From the Rest
One thing that stands out about Freelife International is that it has a huge amount of publications related to their products.
There is a huge collection of peer-reviewed journals that they list on their site to support their product claims.
I have provided just a few examples of those publications here:
- Amagase H and Farnsworth NR. “A Review of Botanical Characteristics, Phytochemistry, Clinical Relevance in Efficacy and Safety of Lycium barbarum Fruit (Goji)” Food Research International 44: 17021717, 2011.
- Reeve VE, Allanson M, Arun SJ, Domanski D, and Painter N. “Mice Drinking Goji Berry Juice (Lycium Barbarum) Are Protected from UV Radiation-induced Skin Damage via Antioxidant Pathways” Photochemical & Photobiological Sciences, 9: 601-607, 2010.
- Amagase H, Sun B, and Nance DM. “Immunomodulatory Effects of a Standardized Lycium barbarum Fruit Juice in Chinese Older Healthy Human Subjects” Journal of Medicinal Foods 12(5): 1159-1165, 2009.
- Amagase H, Sun B, Borek C. “Lycium barbarum (goji) juice shows significant in vivo antioxidant effects in human serum in a randomized, doubleblind, placebo-controlled clinical study” Nutrition Research 29: 19-25,
There were several other publications listed on the Freelife site along with listings of educational presentations.
One thing that is noticeable is that a guy with the last name “Amagase” is involved with the majority of their research references. Although it’s not a huge deal, I’d like to see more reports and research from other independent scientist. It seems to me that the product would be better supported with more than one main guy standing out as noticeable as H. Amagase is doing.
FreeLife Review: What is the Jule of the Orient and Jiaogulan?
According to Freelife International USA site, the Jule of the orient if Nature’s most prized offering to us as humans.
The Jule of the Orients is some sort of blend of drink that Freelife sells that takes the unique properties of the Jiaogulan plant and creates a super juice to help you be healthier and extend your life.
Jiaogulan is also called the “immortality Herb”. Freelife has blended this with 21 other supernutrients to give you a supreme life enhancing subtance. (Sounds good right? Trust me…I’m tempted to try this stuff out…which means their propoganda is pretty good)
This juice apparently offers you 15 servings of fruit and veggies in 4 ounces. Let me restate – It offers the nutrients from 15 servings.
Here’s my problem with this. You ever hear of “too much of a good thing”?
I have so I’m very suspicious of this type of product because I feel it’s unatrual and possibly unsafe. Anything in excess can cause lots of issues.
We prove it all the time in studies with rats, monkeys and chimps. As far as I’m concerned, their genetic blueprint is good enough for me to trust when they show in lab results that it might be a bad thing to have too much of anything.
I would be interested to see the effects of 15 servings of nutrients from each of those fruits on chimps. Too bad they didn’t do that study yet.
Another issue I’m worrying about is if these nutrient dense fixer upper drinks are even remotely good for your liver. Not to mention the fact that there is a reason we have evolved to have only a few fruits and veggies in our bellies at a time. Perhaps our bodies need the fiber and the other associated nutrients to slow down the absorption to preven nasty side effects?
You ever hear of Vitamin B poisoning?
It’s a Vitamin…but it can still poison you.
I actually checked out some reviews of this product and suprisingly I found…
Wait for it…
Wait for it…
NOTHING!
Can you believe it?
Now granted I only checked the firest three pages of google, but that’s pretty good. I even touched base with Amazon and while I did find the product there, there was absolutely ZERO reviews.
No good or bad.
I did find a mentioning of it helping someone look younger but nothing long term.
So..when in route to find the juice on Jiaogulan Juice, I suppose you go to a trust source like WebMD.
According to WebMD, Jiaogulan (A Gypenoside saponin extract) is used to help decrease cholesterol and imrpove your “good” cholesterol.
Why not just change to a better diet?
ON top of that, when looking for side effect from using Jule of the Orient or Jiaogulan items, I found very very little.
This is good for Freelife distributors.
Jiagolun has a warning about causing nausea (but so does everything right?) and increased bowel movements (ah ha!..so that’s how it reduces cholesterol…you poop it out more!)
And the only more severe warning is about blood clotting issues and some auto immune concerns for those with lowered immunity.
Overall, it is a pretty safe component of the Jule of the Orient drink.
So what else does this Jule of the Oreint behold for users?
There are 21 additional herbs added to the Jule of the Orient concotion.
The additives include:
- Gogi Berry – This is suppose to help balance you out and increase energy.
- Japanses Sophora Bud – Antioxidant
- Acai Fruit – Antioxidant
- Amalaki Fruit – Prodigestive Additive
- Astragalus Root- Immunity Enhancement
- Aronia Berry – Antioxidant
- Camu-Camu Fruit – Vitamin C
- Cranberry – Urinary tract Health
- Elderberry Fruit – Immune Function
- Ginger Root – Healthy Digeston and Cardiovascular support
- Jujube Fruit – Tonic used for many years….no benefit given on the Freelife webstie. (weird) I found that it is an invasive species in Madagascar. According to Wikipedia, it has been believed to offer the following benefits:
- Alleviate Stress
- Anti Fungal
- Anti Bacterial
- Anti Inflamatory
- Anti Everything!
- Anti Ulcer
- Sedation
- Antispastic
- Antifertility
- Hypotensive cardiotonic
- Antinephritic Cardiotonic
- Antioxidants
- Immunostimulant
- Would healing
- Luo Han Guo Fruit – Antioxidant and Immunity.
- Pomegranate Fruit – Health Promoter
- Rhodiola Root – Adaptogenic Tonic (helps maintain body happiness via homestasis)
- Blueberry – Free Radical Damage Protection
- Lychee Fruit – Gastrointestinal Health
- Schisandra Berry- Energy, liver, kidnes and hearth support. Nervous System support
- Bilberry – Eye, brain and organ antioxidant
- Longan Fruit – Cell Protectant and antioxidant via ellagic acid
- Codonopsis Root- Digestive, Respiratory and Immune Health
- Cherry Juice – 17 antioixidants – Joint health
Here’s more hype
FreeLIfe International – Should you buy into the hype?
Not having the actual experience with the Free Life products, I feel I’m hardly in a position to offer my opinions on the effectiveness of their product for health reasons.
Personally, I think you can overdo it and I think that once you see someone hoarding a bunch of health drinks and taking a ton of herbalife supplements to “stay young” you get turned off from such products.
Then, when you hear they just went into the hospital from a stroke or other developed disease, you wonder if all those supplements were helping or harming the situation.
Shouldn’t something like that really help keep something like that at bay?
So as far as sellign Freelife Products because they are the best health items, I can not comment.
So let’s talk about selling Freelife as a mlm opportunity and a way to make money…because let’s face it…that’s what you’re here for.
FreeLife Scandal – The Freelife Scam Battle with the Feds
To start off, Free life does not have the best track record for being such a young mlm company in comparison to some of the other mlm heavy hitters out there.
Freelife encountered a problem with the FEDS afters being sought out for making claims that their goji products had various anti ageingin and anti cancer properties.
One of their spokespersons (Earl Mindell) was making claims under the presumption that he had a Ph.D.
It was found through investigation that Earl Mindell did not have the qualifications he was claiming.
Then about 2 years after that Freelife Scandel, the company found themselves in hot water again with a class-action lawsuit that stated Freelife was using false and deceptive advertising for their Goji Juice, Gochi and TaiSlim products.
Freelife Settled this dispute and the founders created another mlm company L’Dara International to market anti aging products.
Here is someone they made mad:
Trusting Your MLM is Important
Knowing that Freelife has tried to skirt their issues not once, but twice would make me very cautious about joining their opportunity.
They are a legitimate money making opportunity, however, why join a lesser known company with a hugely confusing Freelife Comp Plan, when you can join a more established one that hasn’t been under such scrutiny?
Knowing who is under you support team and making sure their crediential are legit is huge to me.
Freelife has all of those publications listed (only some were provided in this blog) to make us think that it is a legitmate product, however, when you dig deeper, you start to wonder if you can ever trust a company that has “overlooked” one of their larger spokespersons in the past.
I believe Freelife Falls under the “IF it sounds to good to be true” caution flag in my world.
If you’re looking for a money making opportunity, why not try something legit?
First of all, why are you looking to make money?

This seem to be one of the easiest ways to get scammed by Freelife International, since you have to download a program and stuff. Virus here we come!Instead i’d try a ptc site since your creditcard aint registred so you wont be able to get scmamed on your card info. Its fun, easy but takes alittle time. But hey, we all sit alot infront of the computer, why dont earn earn some money whilst doing it?Have fun guys
Leo, Not sure what you mean? I didn’t run into any downloads for Freelife International. Can you share the link where you found one?
I’m a former Freelife International Consultant and I left for exactly the reasons you seem to have left your mlm opportunities too.
It was hard making money with Freelife and I’m burnt out trying. I’m glad to see you have a different non mlm opportunity that I might try.
I do hope you consider the Job Killing Opportunity! It’s way easier than any mlm I’ve been in and I’m sure it will help you fix our Freelife International losses!
This site and Freelife Review has really helped me take a look at the mlm industry as a whole. The information you provide is valuable and I’m amazed at how well you are doing. I read your About Page and think that you will be just fine in this online industry. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much Danny! It’s people like you that keep me going!
Freelife International products are awesome. I’ve been trying to decide if I should join as a consultant and if I even have time to try and promote with a full time job.
Ashley, It is possible to become a Freelife Consultant with a fulltime job but I can pretty much bet you that it won’t be easy. You have to be 100% committed and know why you are joining. You need to set goals and be excruciatingly diligent in pushing towards them. There is a reason by over 95% of mlm participants fail.
