Switched to a smaller (1hp) unit to save on electricity bill since 2hp is too big for my bedroom.

This is an Original Unit (NOT SURPLUS).  Just need to have it cleaned and charged with Freon Gas before you use since it has been stocked for more than a couple of years already.
