North American Power Reps Let Down
The North American Power mlm company is a pretty well thought out and put together mlm at first glance…
As I was searching for information about the North American Power opportunity (https://www.napower.com) I came across two compensation plans for the company. The first one I found was the Fundraising Compensation Plan and the other was the North American Power Compensation Plan.
Both documents on the comp plans are compose of a lot of pages with well thought out imagery and text.
The purpose of this North American Power mlm review is to give you the best insight on the company itself, and how you can make money with the compensation plan in the future.
But before I get into the basics and the details of this electric company, I want you to meet Brad and see why he is not joining mlm companies anymore. He was making over $20k A MONTH and decided to leave the mlm world.

Now, hopefully that makes sense to you. It made sense to me, so what I did was make sure that joined Job Killing and left the Empower Network ipas2 opportunity that I had joined.
I have made thousands with the Job Killing process and I’m glad I didn’t join a mlm company after all.
Now let’s get onto the mlm review of North American Power…so you can decide is the business opportunity is something you want to pursue.
The North American Power Company – Business Opportunity
The North American Power Company is a fast growing energy supplier in the U.S. Many states now offer the North American Power as an clean electricity source.
During my search, I did not that there is North American Power Company RI, North American Power NH, and North American Power CT.
This tells me that the bulk of this company is likely in the North East of the United States, so I went on a search to find more information about the North American Power Company to report here.
The North American Power Company multi level marketing opportunity was founded in 2009 by Carey and Kerry who were former oil brokers. They provide both residential and commercial customers with gas and electric in certain states. They also are involved with something call the “American Wind Program”.
When looking up the company itself it looked as though the yelp reviews and comments were not so good at first glance.
Digging a little deeper, I discovered that the North American Power company halted their Network Marketing opportunity during 2015 but promised to continue paying commissions to the existing customers and North American Power representatives. The stipulation being that no one new can join the North American Power Opportunity.
What a bummer.
But such as thing happens with mlms. It’s just the way it is. One moment you can making a ton of money and advancing in the ranks, and the next, the rank carpet is slipped from under your feet.
This is one the o the things that concerns me with most mlms, but in particular with the Powur Mlm Company because it’s in the same field as North American Power.
The North American Power Compensation Plan
Even though the North American power comp plan was terminated to adding any one else, I did get a copy of it (no date on it) so I can show you where people are likely “stuck” in their program who formerly thought they would be able to make a good living with the North American Power opportunity.
Part of the mission statement of this plan is “to help American save, give, share and earn”.
Too bad that didn’t happen.
There was no fee to join the North American power compensation plan. You just had to buy one of the North American Power Products or services. If you wanted to make money you had to get a customer under you, pass a an online test and offer up your social security number.
The following are the ranks within the North American Comp Plan
- Accepted Customer
- Referring Customer
- Manager
- Senior Manager
- Director
- Senior Director
- Area Director
- Regional Director
- National Director
Each of the ranks required a new step and as you advanced through the ranks, each one required that you have multiple successes in your downline.
Now imagine if youa re someone that was so close to advancing to the next rank last January when they stopped the multi level marketing feature of the North America Power Opportunity.
That just sucks.
Like all the other mlms, they offered fast start bonuses, overrides, residual incomes and car bonuses.
What is you were someone that was receiving the car bonus and you went out and got yourself a new car with a high payment (for the $1000 car allowance), who got left with the bill when they shut it down?
Again, this sucks.
Even worse if you were a National Director because it came with a $3000/month allowance.
Where do the North American Power reps make their money now?
Hopefully the found their mlm escaped…..called Job Killing.
You see the nice thing about Job Killing is that there is no selling of someone else’s product.

So, you can continue to search for the right mlm opportunity, or you can make the wise choice to get on board with a local lead generation module where you are the beginning and the end. You won’t have to worry about the compensation plan disappearing on you or the mlm shutting down.
The people who were in on the North American Power Opportunity were actually lucky because they have other power mlm companies that are emerging that they can likely turn to and they still had some income coming in from the work they had done with the North American Company.
