Nerium Brand Partners, like with many other mlms, have an extensive compensation plan that does take a bit of a look through to understand. My Nerium Internaional Compensation Plan for Nerium Brand Partners will hopefully help you understand the Nerium Comp Plan a little better.

Let’s explore the Nerium Independent Brand Partner compensation plan. What is the Nerium Brand Partner cost to join and how does the Nerium mlm pay you for your efforts.

Nerium International Brand Partner Compensation Plan

The first thing I noticed when taking a look at the Nerium compensation plan is the quotes from their Nerium Brand Partners.

A little red flag went off when I saw this one: “Simply use the videos and magazines they give you, share them with people and they sign up. It’s that simple. You will be making money in your sleep.”

I hesitate to believe this especially since they bold typed the “You will be making money in your sleep” part.  To me the compensation plan sounds too easy.  And if it were that easy, then whey do I find so many disgruntled former Nerium Distributors shouting that Nerium is a scam online?

Let’s take a look at the compensation plan for Nerium and see how easy it really is.

The plan starts out with a typical mlm marketing goal of “making people better” statement and improving your life and other that you touch while selling the Nerium Products.

The Nerium comp plan is stated to be an easy model to duplicate and gives you leverage in the “relationship marketing”.

Now this is the first time I’ve heard of network marketing referred to as Relationship Marketing and kudos to Nerium International for making up a new term (if that’s what they did) because now guess how the only company is that is talking about Relationship Marketing now???

Yup, you guessed it!  Nerium!

So…Here are the steps that the Nerium International plan say you can take as a Nerium Brand Partner

Nerium Brand Partner Relationship Marketing Steps:

1. Join as a Nerium Distributor known as a Nerium International Brand Partner

2. Enroll in the Auto Delivery, Auto ship or whatever you want to call it as a brand partner. (This means you have to buy product up front)

3. Sponsor Three Preferred Customers (and keep them) and you get your night cream for FREE the next month. (This has no monetary value unless you intend to sell it)

4. Qualify for their Fast Start program and the first 30 days (common in mlm companies) and earn the Fast Start Qualify Bonus (see below)

5. Enroll other people to become a Nerium Brand Partner and coach them on completing steps 2-5.

So easy right?

Nerium stresses that Relationship Marketing is how to sell in today’s market.

You can do it online or face to face but you have to build a relationship with the people you sell to so that they learn to love, like and trust you.   This is also called network marketing, attraction marketing, network marketing and a wee bit of direct sales (if you do it with your friends).

Unlike the traditional sales model of using TV, Radio and billboards (Nerium Products can be sold through these means too), Nerium wants to focus on investing in the mlm company concept so that it can reward their customers for sharing their Nerium Products.

What do Nerium Brand Partners do?

According to Nerium International Products, their Brand Partners do two things:

1. Nerium Brand Partners build up a customer base and earn 10 – 25% commission on the sales

2. Nerium Brand Partners build a team of other Nerium Brand Partners that sell the Nerium Products and each partner can earn commission and bonus off the number of Nerium Distributors that they bring on board.

 

How do you get started as a Nerium Brand Partner?

As with a lot of mlm companies, you must purchase product and be on an autoship to start selling the mlm company product.

Nerium International has a Start Up Kit that you must purchase in order to sell Nerium Products. (This is a common practice amongst some of the mlm companies out there…..the theory is that the more you invest, the more time you invest in your Nerium Business Opportunity and the more likely you will be to succeed…..sadly…too many people just throw this money away and don’t take their Nerium Business serious enough to see the success they desire).

The Nerium compensation plan states the the best way to start as a Nerium Brand Partner is with their success packs.  These packs include the Auto Ship (of which there is a variety to choose from).  The packs also guarantee that you get the products at the lowest price.

If you are not on Auto Ship, you do not get the lowest price available on Nerium Products.

If you get a success pack you also get access to something called Nerium Edge.

After explaining how to join, the Nerium Compensation Plan then tells you Three main Goals you should do right out of the gates.

Nerium International’s Main THREE Goals:

1. Get 3UR FREE qualified.
   1. This allows you to receive your monthly Nerium Products for free.
   2. Nerium Brand Partners and Nerium Product Customers can participate in teh 3UR Free program
   3. Qualifications:
      1. You have to be enrolled in the Nerium Product Auto ship program and have active auto ship orders
      2. The Nerium Product you have on auto ship must hold a value of 70 QV or more.
      3. You must have three preferred customers under you that also have Auto ship
      4. You much have qualified Auto ship orders in which you will earn credits for the next month.

In order to get these free NeriumAD items you must be qualified as a Nerium Brand Partner.

The Nerium Compensation Plan says that you are qualified as a Nerium Bran Partner if you:

• Generate 500 PQV in the first 30days of becoming a Nerium Distributor
• If you Purchased either success pack, you are immediately qualified for this program.
• If you are a Nerium Director or higher, you are are qualified.
• You must complete the Opt-in form for the Nerium Gives Back Program

 

Ways to make money as a Nerium Brand Partner FAST:

First and Foremost, you must remain active with Nerium International to make money with the Nerium Business Opportunity.

Remaining Active Means to:

1. Get 200 PQV in Sales each month OR
2. OR Maintain 80 PQV from yourself using the Autoship/Autodelivery program

Retail Sales with Nerium

• Retail sales with Nerium as a brand partner will put you in a position to sell the Nerium AD night cream for $110 and earn a profit of $30. (You pay just 72.7% of the retail price and earn a 27.3% commission)
• If you sell the Nerium AD combo pack on line for $165, you can earn a profit of $45 (You pay 72.7% and earn 27.3% off the sale).
• NeriumFirm can be sold for $98 and give you a profit of $28 which is a little lower profit margin than the above examples.

Nerium Brand Partner – Bonus Commissions

Get the Customer Acquisition Bonus as a Nerium Brand Partner

• For every new Auto Ship you sell to a new Nerium Preferred Customer, you get a Customer Acquisition Bonus which is paid with weekly commission.
• You can get a higher Customer Acquisition Bonus by:
  1. Advance your Nerium Brand Partner Rank
  2. Acquire more Nerium Preferred Customers
     • If you CAB is higher because of your customer count, you get it.  If it is higher because of your rank, you get that. You do not get both.

Earn Commission off of your Personal Customers

As with any sales job, you will earn more commissions with more Nerium Products  you sell and with more Nerium International customers that you bring on board through your Nerium Brand Partnership.

A couple key points to remember:

• Nerium Personal Customer Commissions and Retail Commissions can be paid together (they are not the same thing)
• If your Personal Nerium Product Purchases and your Customer sales combined exceed 200 in Customer Commissions (CCV) in a calendar month, you get 10-25% commission on the total montly Customer Commissionable Volume.
• The first 10% of the Customer Commission Volume is paid weekly and the balance of that is paid monthly.
• All personal purchases, Nerium Retail sales, Nerium Preferred Customer Auto ships (in relation with the first order) are included in the CCV count.

How to get Customer Commissionable Volume:

You get CCV by accumulating CCV points values that go towards your Personal Customer Commission.

Here is a chart that shows how you can accumulate CCV’s from the Nerium Compensation Plan.

1. If you sell Nerium Products to a Retail Customer;
   • You get 72 CCV for the NeriumAD Night Cream
   • You get 108CCV for selling the Nerium AD Combo
   • You get 63 CCV for selling the NeriumFirm cream
2. If you sell Nerium International Products to a Preferred Customer (autoship):
   • You get 72 CCV for selling the Nerium AD NIght Cream
   • 108 CCV for selling Nerium AD Combo cream pack
   • You get 63 CCV for selling Nerium Firm Cream
3. If you sell Nerium Products in bulk to Nerium Preferred Customers (2 bottles):
   • You get 135 CCV per sale of two Nerium AD Night Cream Bottles

What Percentage of the sales do you earn? What is the commission on the  CCV?

• For a CCV of 201-500 – As a Nerium Bran Partner you have a 10% earning potential
• For a CCV of 501-1,000 – You will earn 15% commission on the Nerium Products
• With a CCV of 1,001 – 2,500 – You earn a commission of 20% on Nerium Products
• CCV of 2,501 and above allows you an earning potential of 25% as long as you are qualified and active as a Nerium Brand Partner.

Here’s an example:

If you accumulate 2,000 CCV in one month, then 2,000 CCV minus the 201CCV = 1799CCV Total.  (The 201CCV subtracted is because there are no commission paid on the first 200 CCV.  That credit for the first 200 CCV is given to you upline team.

So if you sell 2,000 CCV you take the 1799 and find 20% – This is a $359.80 Personal Customer Commission.

The upline team commissions are reduced from your sales as you achieve different levels.

The higher you go, the more commissions you get from your own sales.

You do not get personal commissions from success packs.

 

Success Pack Bonus

The success Pack Bonus is a bonus for in the Nerium Compensation plan for the Nerium Brand partner to earn in the first 30 days of enrolling.

This bonus allows you to earn $50 to $350 each time you sell a success pack to a new Nerium Brand Partner that you sponsor.

This bonus is paid weekly.

The Nerium Brand Partner Fast Start Qualified Bonus

Earning the Nerium Brand Partner FSQ is a result of building success and motivating others to do the same.  The Fast Start Qualified Bonus is an opportunity that rewards the New Nerium Brand Partner and their Nerium Sponsor.

You get this bonus if:

1. You are FSQ qualified in 30days. – $100
2. The Sponsor gets $75 as long as they are active the week the Nerium Brand Partner that they sponsored received the bonus.
3. If you are “paid as” Nerium Senior Director you get $75 for the FSQ too.
4. If your sponsor is a Senior Director then they get both bonuses for a total of $150
5. Paid weekly upon qualification

Nerium Brand Partner Coaching Bonus

You can earn 5% on Coaching commissions as a Nerium Brand Partner

Nerium Brand Partner – Director 60 i Pad Bonus

When you complete the following in 60days you get an iPad, $350 OR Eight Nerium Age Defying Products (4 night creams and 4 day creams)

The Nerium Lexus Bonus

Very similar to the Limu compensation plan

 

 

To earn the Lexus Bonus you must:

• Be a Nerium Brand Partner at the level of Senior Director
• The Bonus will come monthly

• You get cash to pay on a Lexus that is silver, white or granite

The Nerium Brand Partner Comp Plan lists several differential bonuses that vary depending on your rank and how often your downline brings in new Nerium Brand Partners or signs up new Preferred Customers.

Qualification of the Differential Bonuses include:

1. Achieving 500 PQV in the first 30 days
2. Have Earned the Rank of Director of higher according to the Nerium Compensation Plan.

Live Better Bonus for the most elite levels of the Nerium Brand Partner Compensation Plan

If you are in the higher levels of the Nerium Compensation plan you get to enjoy the Live Better Bonus.

The Live Better Bonus includes some of the most lucrative mlm compensation I have seen in any mlm company that I’ve reviewed thus far.

Here’s what it looks like:

Rank of National Marketing Director gets:

• $50,000 Bonus Paid over 2 years.  You must have 150,000 Group Qualified Volume

Rank of 3 Star National Marketing Director gets:

• $150,000 bonus paid over 18 months. You must have 3 sponsored National Market Directors legs in your downline.

Rank of 5 Star National Marketing Director gets:

• $375,000 that is paid over 27 months. Requires five Nerium Brand partner legs with the rank of National Marketing Director

Rank of International Marketing Director

• $750,000 Bonus paid over 3 years. Requires 5 Nerium Brand partner legs that are ranked as National Marketing Directors AND at least three must be 3 Star National Marketing Directors that are sponsored by you.

Nerium opportunity for Residual Income 

The Nerium Brand Partner Business opportunity opens you up for a residual income life style as you advance in the ranks and build your Nerium Business.

The advice is to build your Nerium business up in teams of three who then sponsor three and you get paid up to 10 Senior Brand Partner levels (generations) deep on all the team sales.

Ranks vary and as you meet each rank qualification, you remain at that rank until you advance.  Your Paid as rank is not the same as the highest achieved rank.

To qualify as a “Paid-as” rank on a certain level you have to meet the qualification of that rank.

For instance, you may be a 1-Star National Marketing Director, however you could be paid as an Executive Director if you do not meet the 1-Star National Marketing Director qualifications.

• • In addition to meeting the qualifications of a National Marketing Director you must:
    • Have at least two other National Marketing Director who is active whom you sponsored
    • Two of the Five National Marketing Directors (Actual) must be in a personally sponsored leg
    • No more than one National Marketing Director is allowed from each Personally sponsored leg
• Nerium International Marketing Director
  • You must meet the qualifications of the 5-Star National Marketing Director AND:
    • Have 1 Actual 3 Star ranking National Marketing Director in 3 separately personally sponsored legs
• Nerium Gold International Marketing Director
  • You must meet the qualifications of the 5-Star National Marketing Director AND:
    • Have 1 Actual 5 Star ranking National Marketing Director in 3 separately personally sponsored legs

 

Weekly Paid Commissions and Bonuses Include:

How are Nerium Brand Partner Teams Structures?

As a new Brand Partner you go into your sponsors tree as their Level 1.

The Placement tree is where you are placed in the genealogy of your sponsor. Upon initially enrolling, you go into a “Placement suite” for 60 days and you may be placed in an open position in the existing legs which allows for more support from the existing leg.  The other option is that you will start a new leg in the sponsor’s placement tree or be placed below other Nerium Brand partners.

It is a long and lengthy compensation plan for Nerium and although it looks lucrative, only you really know if you can meet the qualification to meet the Large bonuses that are offered.

Make no mistake about it, when it comes down to it, this is a sales position.  The difference is that they harder you work and grow your own organization, the potential to grow faster is possible.
