Kagabi habang tinatahak naming ang landas patungong Starbucks sa Blue wave Marquinton ay nakatanggap ako ng isang Text Message… ng tignan ko… Uy! Ang dati kong estudyante noong 2002 to 2004…. May trabaho na daw siya at niyayaya niya akong lumabas sa unang sahod niya…

Naaalala ko pa siy ang kuya ng Buong Klase… Pagka-graduate nila, parang kuya ko na rin siya… madalas akong pagsabihan hehehehe….

Simula ng makatapos sila ng High School at nag-aral sila ng Kolehiyo, dalawang beses nlang kami magkita bawat taon… tuwing Summer Vacation at Christmas Vacation… minsan sa Kaarawan, Kasal, Binyag at Lamay… Last year, hindi kami nagkita-kita kasi sobrang busy ng lahat…

“We’re like pieces of a puzzle, if one is missing we will never be completed”, yan ang mensahe ng iniregalo nila sa aking isang malaking puzzle na ang bawat piece ay isinisimbolo ng bawat isa sa amin.

Hindi man kami madalas magkita… nanatili ang tiwala, paniniwala, pagpapahalaga at pagmamahal sa isa’t – isa.

Magkakaibigan tayong lahat,
Nagkaka-unawaan,
Nagkakaisa’t, Nagtutulungan,
Magkakaibigan magpakailanman,

Ang mga araw ay lumilipas,

Don Ambrosio Flores, appointed governor of Manila province, chose Marikina as capital.

During the American regime. Marikina was blessed with facilities that responded to the medical/health needs of the residents. One of these was the construction of the Puericulture Center in Barrio San Roque just opposite the old Municipal Building and the Roman Catholic Church. This used to be the office of the Hacienda de Tuason.
