indi mo naman kailangan gamitin ang mga kaibigan para makapag move on.

what i mean is, kapag alam nilang heart broken ako, sila yung naandyan para makalimot ako at pinapatawa ako hangang sa marealize ko na indi lang isang tao ang puedeng magpasaya sa akin kundi ang family at friends ko. so indi ko naman hiningi na icomfort ako. During downtimes, don mo makikilala mga totoo mong kaibigan. 

hangang isang umaga, life must go on na ako.

acceptance na wala na kayo will help you move on or you can tell na nakamove on ka na. AND wala na yung ilusyon sa isip mo na magkakaalikan pa kayo

kapag yan nagawa, malamang moved on ka na nga....

Hmmmm... always put a limit. may hangganan naman kasi ang lahat.

Sa love:
1. Give a chance na baka magkabalikan or maayos pa. = 1 month
2. Give time to hurt/feel pain. balikan ang nakaraan = 1 month or less
3. recovery = 1 month or less - kasi hindi naman pwede na bigla ka na lang tatawa the next day. baka sa mental ka na dalahin nun.

so sa love you should have recovered in 3 months or less. Pag more than that, Over acting (OA) na yan.

Sa career:
1. When your job does not satisfy your needs, then its time to move on.
Needs may mean:
 > emotional - pag hindi ka na happy sa work
 > Physical - overworked at stressed ka na
 > Financial - when your expenses are greater than your income

2. When there's no drive for you or you can't find a reason to go to work or do your job, then its time to move on.

Moving on after a loss of someone thru death:
- pag due to natural causes mabilis lang.. mga 2 -4 months
- Pag biglaan, Medyo mahirap yan it usually takes a year. mahabang adjustment period.

Opinion ko lang naman. Cheesy

Kung 3 years na ang nakakalipas tapos biglang tumawag sa iyo at sinabing pumunta ka sa house nila kasi Bday ng Nanay nya na alam mo naman na ikaw ang favorite.... at pag dating mo sa bahay nila ay nandun ang bagong bf at iniwan kang luhaan.... it really is time to move on... huhuhu

Lerion is a festival dance adapted from the popular folk song, "Leron, Leron, Sinta". This is a favorite dance of the old people of Parang, Marikina.
The female wears balintawak style, tapis, soft panuelo around the neck, and chinelas as footwear. On the other hand, the male wears camisa de chino or barong tagalog, white trousers and chinelas as footwear.
