Paprazzi Accessories is more of a direct sales home party mlm where you invite people to your home, or someone else’s home, you have some food and chat and then you are presented with a demonstration of the product.

They sell Fashionable Accessories, however, the website claims that they are more about change than they are about selling product.

Just a quick little review on the Paparazzi Accessories Quality here.

I found a few complaints about Paparazzi but overall very good things.  For the price, honestly, I don’t think you should be worrying too much about quality and if the product made it through shipping all the way to your Paparazzi Party, then it can’t be that bad!

I didn’t find too many Paparazzi Jewelry complaints and I take those kind of things with a grain of salt anyways so I didn’t dig too deep to find much.  The internet is filled with angry people and the happy people are too busy enjoying life to stop and put a good review in…so for every negative complaint I see, I bet you there are at least 1000 happy people for it.

Personally, I have no idea what the quality is because I’ve never held a Paparazzi Accessory in my hand (Jewelry is just not my thing) however, I have personally spent well over $5 a piece for bridal party jewelry that I wear once or for Jewelry and hair accessories for my daughter.

I would love to have paid just $5.

• Paparazzi Consultants will be happy to know that they are always changing designs so buy now or lose out
• The Paparazzi Jewelry and Accessories are designed in the U.S but made in China (I’m not sure this is something I personally like, I’d much rather have an all U.S. made product like Taaluma Totes)
• The facilities that make the Paprazzi Accessories are monitored for quality and labor regulations
• The Paparazzi Jewelry is only available through  Consultant Paprazzi Jewelry Website or in person sales.
• The Paparazzi Accessories products are not in a Paparazzi Jewelry Catalog and is bought on the spot! (So not like what Avon Consultants have to do by leaving little catalogs and mailers all over the place)

The Paparazzi Jewelry Consultant Compensation Plan

The moment you’ve been waiting for!  I always cringe when I start the mlm compensation plan explanations and reviews because they are generally so LONG and there are SO many layers!

Ok…Let’s go:

Once you become a Paparazzi Accessories Jewelry Consultant, you can make money through the sales of your products and by getting others to join you as a Paparazzi Consultant.

Bonuses are paid to you depending on your sales and the number of Paparazzi Consultants you bring on board.

Here are two things you need to know to understand any of the Paparazzi Accessories Compensation Plan Charts:

1. PV stands for Personal Volume: The PV points are used instead of dollars in the Paparazzi consultant compensation plan and are use to determine commission.  Each Paparazzi Accessory has a point value of 2PV. So if you sell one bracelet and one set or earrings, you get 4PV.
2. Retail Profit – As a Paparazzi Consultant, you purchase inventory for your Paparazzi Party or shows at a wholesale price and sell that inventory at the suggested retail price ($5 or more), which gives you an immediate commission of 45% on the Paparazzi Jewelry sold.  In addition, you get retail profit from customers who buy through you Independent Consultant website which is paid once a month.

So how do you earn money off of the Paparazzi Compensation plan other than selling retail?

There are several layers to the compensation plan.  I will start with the most simple rank and move up from there.

In order to achieve any one particular rank, you must be producing and achieving the results required for that rank for a minimum of TWO months.  Your Paid-As Rank is not the same as your Lifetime Rank.  You can reach the Premier Director rank in your “lifetime” but will not always be paid as that rank unless you continue to produce results at the level.

Paparazzi Accessories Consultant – Level 1

• You make retail profits off of your sales
• You are qualified to get the Show Rebate
• You do not have to be active. You are considered an active Paparazzi Consultant when you order 50PV in that month

SHOW REBATE EXPLAINED – The Show Rebate is for the Paparazzi Independent consultants who present their displays at larger shows. When you purchase 1000PV (500 items usually) or more in a single order, a rebate of 10% is given in your monthly commissions check.

How can I make more Money with Paparazzi Accessories?

This is fully explained in the above compensation plan, however, the bonuses that are listed were not really defined, so let me elaborate. (You didn’t see that one coming did you?)

Ok…So..the Paparazzi Extra Money Earners (stuff you get for selling all the retail and only maintaining 3 consultants)

1. BBB – Business Building Bonus:  I already explained this but want to make sure you get it, because it’s where you can make a lot of extra money.  The BBB allows you to earn 15% on the Starter kits that you sell to anyone you personally sign up as a Paparazzi Consultant.

2. UniLevel Bonus: –  This is the amount you earn in commission off each level in your downline up to three unilevels. As you progress through the Paparazzi Jewelry Compensation plan, you will earn between 5-10% off of the activity in your downline.  The more active they are, the more money you make.  This should motivate you to motivate them.

• Level 1 = All of your personally sponsored Paparazzi Independent Consultants.
• Level 2 = All of the people personally sponsored by your Level one Consultants
• Level 3 = All of the people who are sponsored by your Level two Consultants

3. Generation Bonus –  This Bonus is based on your rank within the Compensation Plan for the Paparazzi Accessories Consultant.  Once you reach the level of Executive Director you are then eligible to receive a percentage of the sales (varies depending on your rank) on each generation (up to three levels)

4. Legacy Bonus –  you must be an A-Lister Rank in the Paparazzi Jewelry Comp Plan and then you can earn 1% to 2%  on the volume that is generated up to three Legacies in your downline (company).

5. Infinity Bonus –  This is at the top of the Paparazzi Accessories Comp Plan and is available to the Luxe Jetsetter and the Impressionista.  The Luxe Jetsetter gets an additional 0.5% off the ENTIRE volume of his/her company.  The Impressionista get 1% on the entire volume of his/her company.

6. Luxe Jetsetter Cash Bonus – As a top mlm earner in the Paparazzi compensation plan, you earn a one time cash bonus of $25,000 when you reach this level!

7.Impressionista Cash Bonus – As the mega mlm master in Paparazzi Accessories, you have earned a top position and will earn a cash bonus of $50,000 one time for achieving this feat!

• I think that the Paparazzi Compensation Plan is pretty clear. There aren’t a lot of confusing pages and really you can go off of one chart to see what you are earning.
• You are not limited or stuck at a rank level in the Paparazzi Accessories Compensation Plan if your sponsored consultants are active but not doing much. (You are limited if they are not considered active)
• The potential to build is great.
• The Home Parties are simple if that’s your sort of thing.
• There is not a lot of competition (that I can tell anyways) at this price point.
• $5.00 products are easy sells
• The Paparazzi Accessories Product line is continually changing
• Paparazzi is growing and is one of the more “acceptable” mlms because it’s more about parties like Tupperware and Avon.

• You are restricted in making certain bonuses if you do not have sponsored coaches in your downline who are active. Being active means they have to buy product….and not everyone wants to be a direct home sales person after they run a party or two.
• You will need marketing skills.  I know they are $5 products, but this will work against you with your online campaign (if you even know how to do that sort of thing)
• You will need organizational skills to store all the product.
• Trade Shows
• You must buy the product upfront (unless you sell from online??)

Should I become a Jewelry Consultant for Paparazzi Accessories?

Here’s the thing.  It looks to me like Paparazzi Accessories is a fine little mlm to join.  I think it might actually be one I would recommend for a person who is just starting out in the mlm opportunity world because of the simplicity of the product.

You won’t have to explain vital nutrients and have people taste anything and you don’t have to take up a TON of storage space in your house.

This is a great starter mlm company BUT…

Why work so hard to earn so little on $5.00 items?
