The Pure Haven Essentials Compensation plan is out and it’s time to take a look at it!
With the Pure Haven Comp Plan there are FOUR distinct ways to make money.
As with most mlm companies, of course, you will be making more money as you build your downline.
Hopefully, if you’re coming from the Ava Anderson closing saga, you still have your downline with you.
Pure Haven Essentials Compensation Plan – Four Ways to Make Money
So, what are the ways you can earn with Pure Essentials?
- Commissions and Bonuses -Your personal sales
- Building Your Downline – You earn from their sales
- Executive Promotion Advance Bonuses
- Executive Career Path and Compensation (Generation Commissions)
- You must make $300 in Personal Sales Volume to be considered an Active Pure Essentials Consultant.
Pure Haven Essentials Compensation Plan – Commissions and Bonuses
Being a Pure Haven Essentials distributor, you are able to earn 30-50% commissions from sales that you personally make yourself. This includes bonuses that you personally earn.
Your personal purchases do NOT count towards your commissions, but do count towards your monthly sales volume.
Here is a break down of the Commission Structure for the Personal Sales:
Monthly Sales = | Your % Earned | Total Commission Possible |
Less than $1000.00 | 30 % | 30% |
Over $1000.00 | Power Bonus of 5% | 35% |
Over $2000.00 | Power Bonus of 10% | 40% |
Over $3000.00 | Power Bonus of 15% | 45% |
Over $4000.00 | Power Bonus of 20% | 50% |
This is a pretty lucrative commission plan as far as mlm compensation plans go, however, it makes me questions the real value of the product. Whenever someone can earn 50% commission on a product, I start to really wonder about how hiked up the price is and if I can find the product elsewhere.
All in all though, this is not a bad start for Pure Essentials and their distributors.
Pure Essentials Compensation Plan – The Level and Group Commissions + Bonus
This is where you network marketing skills and mlm comes in. IN order to earn this money, you have to build a down line that consists of many different levels.
Your Level 1 is anyone you bring in. Level 2 is anyone your Level 1 brings in and Level 3 is anyone your Level 2 brings in……and so on and so on.
Pure Haven Essentials DOES not require that you purchase any product in order to make sales off of your commissions, however in order to be a part of the Level bonuses and Commissions, you do have to purchase product and build a downline.
The Pure Haven Essential Ranks are as follows:
- Consultant – You just sign and join. You earn from personal sales.
- Star Level
- Personal Sales = $300/month
- 5% from Level 1 (It must be an active leg to earn)
- Double Star Level – You earn
- Personal Sales = $600
- 7% from your Level 1
- AND you earn 3% from your Level 2.
- You must have TWO active legs to earn.
- Your total group sales must be $2000
- Triple Star Level – You earn
- Persoanl Sales = $800
- 7% from Level 1
- 5% from Level 2
- and 3% from Level 3.
- You must have THREE active legs and ONE must be a Star leg.
- Your Group Sales = $4000
- Executive – You earn
- Personal Sales = $1000
- Group Sales = $8000
- You have FOUR active legs, TWO legs must be Double Star Legs
- 7% from Level 1
- 5% from Level 2 AND 3 sales
- 2% on all other LEVELS INFINITE
- This includes the first three levels, so essential you are actually earning:
- 9% from Level 1
- 7% from Level 2 and 3
- ****This is nice because as soon as one of your Level 3 brings someone in, you are eligible for this rank.

** One really nice thing about the Pure Haven Essentials Commission structure is that if you reach a new rank on the very last day or the month, you actually will get paid as that rank for the entire month. That’s nice. A lot of mlm compensation plans require that you hold rank for three months to get to the paid as rank, so this is a perk!
Pure Haven Essentials Compensation Plan – Executive Commissions
Once you have proven yourself and have reached the Executive level, you also qualify for bonuses realted to this rank.
The Executive Bonuses are as follows:
Your BONUS = $500
- You get this ONCE the first time you reach the Executive level
Matching Bonus = $500
–You can earn this multiple times as each person in your downline also earns Executive rank.
– This bonus is set up to continue to encourage leadership and training of your downline. Each time one of them makes the rank, you and they get paid.
Pure Haven Essentials Comp Plan – Generation Commissions
With the Pure Haven Essentials pay structure you earn up to 5 generations deep as you build your team of Executives. A generation is from one Executive leader to another in your downline (and all the people in-between!)
The Generation Bonus is in ADDITION to all of the other commissions mentioned above.
There are RANKS of Executive that you reach.
Executive Ranks:
- Executive
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
Here is how the Generation Bonus is paid out:
At level, you earn 4%. As you grow, you earn on more generations.
- Executive
- Bronze – 4% commissions on your Generation 1
- Silver – 4% commissions on Generation 1 and Generation 2
- Gold -4% commissions on Generation 1,2 and 3
- Platinum – 4% commission on Generation 1,2,3 and 4
- Diamond – 4% commission on Generation 1-5
Here is how you get paid once you reach the Executive rank in the Pure Haven Essentials Compensation Plan:
Bronze
Requirements for this level:
- 1 Executive leg in your downline
- All requirements for the Executive Rank (see above)
You get paid:
- Generation Pay of 4% commission on Generation 1 group
- All commissions from your Group Volume
- Personal Sales Commissions
Silver Executive
Requirements for this level:
- 2 Executive Legs in your Downline
- $30,000 in sales from your entire organization
- Meet all Executive Rank Requirements
You get paid:
- Generation Pay of 4% commission on Generation 1 and 2 group
- All commissions from your Group Volume
- Personal Sales Commissions
Gold Executive
Requirements for this level:
- THREE Executive Legs in your Downline
- 1 executive leg MUST be BRONZE Executive level
- $60,000 in sales from your entire organization
- Meet all Executive Rank Requirements
You get paid:
- Generation Pay of 4% commission on Generation 1,2, and 3 group
- All commissions from your Group Volume
- Personal Sales Commissions
Platinum Executive
Requirements for this level:
- FOUR Executive Legs in your Downline
- Two of the Executive Legs MUST BE Silver Executives
- $120,000 in sales from your entire organization
- Meet all Executive Rank Requirements
You get paid:
- Generation Pay of 4% commission on Generation 1,2,3 and 4 group
- All commissions from your Group Volume
- Personal Sales Commissions
Diamond Executive
Requirements for this level:
- FIVE Executive Legs in your Downline
- 2 Executive legs must be GOLD ranked Executive legs
- $300,000 in sales from your entire organization
- Meet all Executive Rank Requirements
You get paid:
- Generation Pay of 4% commission on Generation 1,2,3,4 and 5 group
- All commissions from your Group Volume
- Personal Sales Commissions
Pure Haven Essentials Compensation Plan – Thoughts
By far, this compensation plan is one of the easier ones that I have been through in the past. It is set out and broken down in bits and chewable pieces that a newcomer to the mlm industry can understand.
In addition, one of the things I really admire about his compensation plan is the fact that they have provided examples of how the income potential could turn out for most scenarios that you may encounter as a Pure Haven Essentials Consultant.
It’s really nice to see this in a comp plan.
There are no confusing points to exchange or a mess of confusing language. It is a very straightforward compensation plan and quite frankly, it’s a relief to see.
In addition, the very end of the compensation plan for Pure Essentials is where they put the “fluff”.
By this, I mean, they don’t bombard you with their eccentric enthusiasm right up front. They almost savor it as a good last note.
Here is what they say (in a nutshell):
- If you work, you can get paid well
- Help one another
- You GROW when you build a downline
- Train leaders within your organization
- Lead by Example
Then, they offer reasons as to why they are better:
- You can earn up to 50% from just your sales. (This is phenomenal)
- On top of that, you earn Group Commissions. (Again…almost unheard of on top of such a generous commission structure)
- They list their Executive Bonus/Matching bonus as a perk or advantage, however I don’t agree. I’ve seen these types of bonuses elsewhere.
- The Generational bonus is also somewhat typical in mlm comp plans.
- No pass up or breakaway promotions. If someone promotes higher than you at a faster rate and no one is “punished” for that.
Like I said, it’s a pretty nice looking compensation plan and if I were to join a mlm company in the healthy products niche, this would be one that I consider.
Since they’ve changed their quality control issues and it is VERY apparent that they are addressing these concerns throughout their website, I believe that it is definitely worth a shot if Ava Anderson or Poofy Organics if your thing.
