The Purium Compensation Plan – Is it Really Better?

The Purium compensation plan is not widely distributed around the internet and took a little deciphering to figure out.  You can find the Purium compensation plan and I’ll do my best to thoroughly explain it as it stands at the time that I’m writing this post.

Purium, like many mlm companies in my mlm review website, has monthly bonus incentives that are meant to encourage and promote more productivity among their Purium Distributors.

After joining as a whole sale distributor for Purium, you can expect to learn more of their somewhat lengthy and complicated (especially if you are not familiar with mlm company compensation plans) compensation plan.

With several ways to earn on weekly and monthly basis, there are many ways in which a Purium Wholesaler can earn money selling Purium products, such as the Purium cleanse and handing out Purium gift cards.

The Purium compensation plan offers 64 pay period each year for Purium members.  Each Friday is a payday for Purium members

Purium offers a fast return and and abilty to earn by offering a Fast Track bonus where you “simply” enroll 3 people to take the Gold Packs, where you will earn back your investment and earn $100.  This is their way of claiming a fast return on your investment.  This would require getting friends and families immediately sold on the product and to believe it enough to become members themselves.

This is simply not my style…however, perhaps I should try out these Purium miracle weight loss products before I say such things right?

The Purium plan is a uni-level mlm plan meaning that every customer you enroll, you get paid on while also earning on their members and customers infinitely (this is uncommon in most mlm companies because they generally have a restriction on the # of levels you can earn from)

Highlights of the Purium Compensation Plan are claimed to be:

• Purium Product Distributors get higher payout than most because Purium makes their own products
• It’s and easy Gift Card referring system
• They over over $10,000 per month in bonuses (which they claim is the largest in the mlm compensation plans out there)

• Earn up to 30% Retail Bonus (or up to 45% if you area health professional)

• 4 Generations of Matching bonuses for anyone at Diamond level and above
• 2% Infinity Bonus (up to 2X)
• Crown pool of 3%
• Diamond Pools of 1%
• Easy to rank and advance in comparison to other mlm companies
• Claim to being one of the more simple structures for qualifying for pay in the mlm industry

Weekly Compensation Opportunities

1. Give $50, Get $50

• This is perhaps the most well known weekly compensation as part of the Purium compensation plan, offering and “easy’ $50 to each Purium distributor who enrolls a new member with the 10-Day Transformation Purium Cleanse diet.  I think it is important to note that the $50 is only earned when the product is enrolled with the 10 Day Celebrity Transformation Diet Kit.
• You must be an active Purium Member in order to participate in this bonus which include the First Order Bonus Compensation.

2. Gold Rush – Fast Track Bonus Paid Weekly

• Offered as a promotion that may or may not be continued, this is an incentive to get started and to promote quickly as a new Purium Wholesale member.
• Offer the Gold Pack, Platinum Pack or the Launch Pack and you receive bonus payouts weekly
• When you look at the chart for the Gold Rush promotion for the Purium compensation plan, be sure to note that the total includes the First Order Bonus so the amount looks larger than it really is.

Here is a break down of the payouts from the Gold Rush Promotion:

• $75 earned – When you bring in 1 or 2 new members per week with the Gold Pack.
• $100 earned – When you bring in 3 or 4 new Purium members per week with the Gold Pack.
• $125 earned – Bringing in 5 or more new Purium wholesale distributors per week with the Gold Pack Purium Product Purchase
• $150 earned – Bringing in 1 or 2 new Purium distributors per week on the Platinum Pack.
• $200 earned – When you enroll 3 or 4 new Purium members with the Platinum Pack per week.
• $250 earned – Brining in 5 or more new people to enroll as a Purium Distributor on the Platinum Pack per week OR when you get one  or two people to join Purium as a distributor with the Launch Pack.
• $300 earned – Getting 3 or 4 new people to enroll as a Purium Distributor at the Launch pack level
• $350 earned – Enroll 5 or more new Purium Distributors per week with the Launch pack

3. Weekly Compensation/ Retail Profits and Volume Requirements

• Up to 15% Retail Profit for Purium Distributors who are at the member level
• Up to 30% Retail Profit for Purium Distributors who are the the Purium Lifestyle Club Member level
  • Purium Lifestyle Club members are individuals or businesses that has purchased a Purium Member Starter Kir or Enrollment Pack.  The PLC member has an active backup of 50BV and also enjoy discounted shipping rates of Purium products along with being eligible to receive up to a 30% discount or Purium products.
• Up to 45% Retail Profit for Purium Distributors who are Professional Members
  • Professional Members, according to the Purium compensation plan Glossary of Terms is a Purium member who has provided a copy of their health professional liscense or certificate and has been approved by the Purium Corporate leaders and is accompanied by a first time qualifying of 500 BV (Business Volume)
    • Requirements of being a Professional member include:
      • Free Professional Kit which includes 5 gift cards
      • Up to 45% Retail Bonus
      • Must maintain a Personal Volume of 500BV every 6 months or risk being switched to a PLC member or Member
      • In order to requalify, there is a requirement of submitting a new qualifying order of 500BV or more.

I want to pause for a moment in this review/explanation of the Purium Compensation Plan to point out that the difference between the Executive level in group volume goes from 6,000 to 15,000.  I recall reading this compensation plan is “easier” to climb the ranks, however, this is one of the larger jumps in group volume required in order to advance that I’ve seen in several mlm company reviews that I have completed to date.

The next level of Weekly Compensation Ranks for the Purium Distributor involves the Crown Levels.

Each Crown Level requires some similar requirements and qualifications.

The required PV for all Crown levels is 200 and this includes customer volume

The required Personally sponsored and newly enrolled Purium Distributors is 12 each with a different required structure.

All crown Levels include 25% earnings from Level one for the First level bonus and 5% for levels 2,3,and 4.

The remainder of the qualifications for the crown levels are the basically the same.

From the Crown to the 2-Star Crown Purium Distributor includes all that of the Purium Red Diamond distributor and includes 5% from the sales of the Generation 3 volume.

From the 3 through 5 Star Purium Distributor levels, there is a 10% on the generation 3 volume.

The Royal Crown 1 includes 10% off of Generation 4 and the Royal Crown II includes a residual of 20% from Generation 4.

There area all sorts of charts and stuff that come along with the compensation plan that you can find to help “show” these.

Personally I have found that reading and writing them out helps me understand the compensation plan better.

There’s not beef about it though, the Purium compensation plan is legitimately one of the larger more confusing ones that I have done because I’m not quite sure I understand 100% the Royal Crown commissions.

Purium Bonus Compensation Pay

Purium offers “monthly pools” and a lifestyle incomes in the form of bonus pays.

This is common among many mlm companies and is meant to be  reward to you as you move up in rank and grow out your branch of the company.

Achievement Bonuses

 These bonuses are used as an incentive to reward you the enroller and the person who enrolled you to encourage you to enroll other Purium distributors.  In order to get this bonus you have to be at the rank of Purium Achievement or the A level of the Purium Membership.

What you get:

• $50 for you and $50 for your Consultant
• $100 for you the Director and $100 for your Director Match
• $200 when you achieve Executive status and $200 match
• $500 Diamond Achievement Bonus with no match for your enroller.

Lifestyle Bonuses

Created to offer you the “biggest monthly cash bonuses in the industry”, this bonus is meant to encourage you to build your company into more consultants within 8 levels deep of your organization in the Purium genealogy.

When you create one new Purium Consultant (level C) from a builder or below in the 8 levels below you get bonus pay.

Bonus Pay:

• Purium Diamond – $300 extra per month
• Purium Green Diamond – $600 extra money per month
• Purium Blue Diamond – $1200 extra money per month
• Purium Black Diamond -$1800 extra income per month
• Purium Red Diamnod – $2500 extra income month
• Purium Crown – $3000 extra bonus cash per month
• Purium 2-Star Crown – $4000 extra at home income per month
• Purium 3-star Crown – $5000 extra money per month
• Purium 4-Star Crown – $7500 extra money per month
• Purium 5 Star Crosn – $10,000 extra income per month   (say what???)
• Purium Royal Crown I – $10,000 extra money per month
• Purium Royal Crown II – $10,000 extra income a month

I love this bonus because it allows you to dream big!  I mean who wouldn’t want to make an extra $10,000 per month right?  That is just amazing!

There is a catch to this bonus though.  The New consultant can no be below or above another Diamond Purium Member. Than once the member becomes a Diamond or above, you are blocked and can not use that leg to generate qualifying consultants for this bonus, so it is advisable to kind of plan your attack on achieving this bonus.

The other thing I hate is that this bonus is only paid out once per new consultant moving up in ranks so you will have to make sure you are always continually building upwards and outwards. This is not a bad thing but I Believe there are probably people out there that see this bonus and think they never have to work again if they reach this level and it is simply not true.  There is still a lot of work that goes into building leaders within your organization in Purium

There is also the Crowns to Royal Crowns incentive in which you create a new director or above within the 9 levels deep and whom can not be below or above another crown.

The nice thing is, for this bonus, the people that you create into directors and what not do not have to be personally sponsored by you, so you are able to make money on the work that someone below you did bringing them into the organization. I see this as a pitfall if you are the lower man on the totem pole and an advantage if you are the man at the top.

Diamond Pool Bonus

This bonus pays 1% on all of the business volume in North America if you area a qualified Diamond Purium rep.

IN order to get this bonus, you must create one new consultant within 8 levels and they can not be above or below another diamond in your business.

• Purium Diamond Member = 1 Share at 1%
• Purium Green Diamond Member = 2 Shares at 1%
• Purium Blue Diamond Member = 3 Shares at 1%
• Purium Black Diamond Member = 1 Share at 1%
• Purium Red Diamnod Member = 2 Shares at 1%

Crown Pool Bonus

This allows you to earn extra money from outside of your own downline and pays 3% of all Purium Business volume in North America.

You must create one new director within 9 levels and they must not be above or below another Crown in the genealogy.

No matter what type of Purium Crown member you are, you get 3% of the BV of all North American Shares.

One of the nice things about the Purium compensation plan is that they do offer the monthly average earnings of their Purium Members so you can get an idea of the possibilities.

It reminds me a lot of the Beach Body Coach Compensation Earnings that are listed because you can get a really high monthly earning and really low monthly earnings and therefore, I believe the average is skewed and not something that should be relied upon.  The larger numbers will always make the average earnings look much higher and I believe that people will think that if they join, they should be able to earn, at a minimum, the average monthly earnings.

 

Is Purium a Scam?

No. Not that I can see.  It is pretty much very similar to the other health related mlm companies out there and that means several tiers of earning potential, calling friends, selling product and trying to create leaders within your business model to get more money.

I know that the mlm companies always say that they are focuses on health, but in reality, think about it.

Their focus, and where the big money can be earned is by getting other to join in a Purium Membership and sell Purium products.

All of those high paying bonuses all have to do with getting new ranking Purium Distributors and not on selling Purium Product.
