Many people who become Sisel Distributors, sadly

will fail at making much money at all and that is not necessarily

because they don’t try…it’s because they don’t do enough of the right

thing and which is something that comes with a mlm learning curve.

 

If you are in a mlm, a Sisel Distributor or you are thinking about becoming a Sisel Distributor, then there is a reason you are reading this mlm review website and it’s not because you are so successful that you decided to surf the internet and find out who out there is talking about Sisel International Distributors Right?

You know I’m right.

So, let’s talk about.  Why are you here.  You probably are here if you are Sisel International Distributor to find out who is on top of the rankings and what they are doing. Kind of like a MLM spy of sorts. You know that ranking is important and if you just do what your mlm leaders tell you to do and maybe even do what they are doing, you might just make that six figure income that you’ve been dying get to. But it’s been six month or over a year and you have over 20 grand in credit cards and now you are desperate to make money because if you don’t, you’re going to have to go find work in what your mother calls

“A REAL JOB”

Damn. I can’t stand the thought of that can you?

Ok…So what do you do.

Let’s talk about Sisel International first.

How in world do the top mlm earners in the industry, including your top Sisel leaders make so much money and still have time to try and tell you how

to be come the small percentage of people

that actually succeed at mlm business opportunities.

They pushed through the wall you are hitting or the doubt

you may be feeling and maybe even found themselves a mlm coach.

Ok…Back to the Sisel International Opportunity.

 

In order to fully understand something, you really do have to understand  how it works so let’s dig deep and take a look at the Sisel compensation plan and then we shall talk about why being a Sisel International Distributor might or might not be the best decision you ever make.

 

So when you check out the Sisel compensation plan upon becoming one of the Sisel International Distributors, the first thing you are greeted with is a lengthy letter from Tom Mower.

 

The Sisel International Distributor welcome letter talks about how becoming a distributor for Sisel is one of the best decisions you have ever made in your life a that the Sisel products will improve your health and financial freedom goals.

Side Note: Sisel International Products consist of many items. One of the more trendy things in the mlm world is “nutritional” coffee.  But that’s not all.  Here is a little list of some of the Sisel International Products that the Sisel Distributors sell:

• Sisel Kaffe’ – Made out of Panamanian Boquete Geisha and loaded with other ingredients like ganoderma, chago, gotu kola and bacopa.
  • They even have Sisel Weight Loss Kaffe’ It’s crazy!
• Triangle of Life
• Eternity -Fucoidan Liquid Supplement (this reminds me of LIMU products)
• Spectramaxx – another liquid supplement
• Mineral Makeup and Anti Aging cosmetics

Back to Tom Mower’s letter.  He continues to state that Sisel uses high forms of technology that keeps the nutrients in the products they sell using cutting edge science.

 

I must say that I am impressed with the amount of research and paper work associated with Sisel International Products.  I have no idea how legit they are and I do wonder about it after reading a former Sisel International Distributors site by Dani Walker who has since moved on to YEVO International claiming that there were ethical issues with Sisel.

 

So Tom Mower states that this is the best time to join as a Sisel Distributor and that they have a seamless compensation plan (we will see) and that they offer the highest pay out of any mlm companies.

 

To be honest, it sounds exciting!

 

And Sisel is indeed one of the faster growing mlms out there.

 

The next part of the Sisel Compensation plan goes on to explain why you should choose network marketing and then whey you should choose to become a Sisel International Distributor.

 

So let’s take a look:

 

Why Network Marketing (according to Sisel)?

 

• Network marketing allows you to be your own boss (true)
• You can work full or part time in network marketing (true)
• You can reduce stress with network marketing (yes and no..this depends on the individual and really can’t be a blanket statement)
• You can enjoy your work. (again..depends on the person…personally…I love network marketing)
• Work where you want. (true)
• Work when you want with Network Marketing (true)
• NO commuting or traffic. (very true)
• More personal freedom and personal life. (maybe? If you area serous about building wealth, you should probably work pretty hard…)
• Spend more time with your family. (yes!…although you might be working while doing so)
• Great income potential (true….but how do you change potential into real cash?)
• Enjoy the things you love. (if working at home and doing stuff on the computer is that…then yes…true)
• Get paid what you are worth. (I believe this to be true)
• Enjoy extra income that can last your lifetime. (what if the company goes out of business?)
• Influence others. (That’s what you do in sales)
• No Employees. (true)
• No overhead or start up capital (uhh….no…I don’t buy that generally a network marketing company takes some money in the starter kits, products and ads, domains that cost money etc…)
• No royalties or franchise fees. (time is a fee)
• Low start up costs…..so how can you say no overhead but then say low start up fee?
• Anyone can succeed in network marketing (yes..but many people quit)
• Recession proof (proven???)
• Security for your family (from the successful people, this is what I see)

 

Become a Sisel International Products Distributor

So why does Sisel International say you should become one of their distributors?

 

• They claim to be one-of-a kind products. I don’t buy this because their weight loss coffee has competition. Even though theirs have more stuff in it…they are still in competition with other mlm companies that have coffee.  And Fucoidan is being done by LIMU.
• Free of potentially harmful ingredients. (that’s nice but I’m not sure I believe it after the whole “ethical’ thing I was reading.
• Huge market demand with unlimited potential. (Prior to doing what I’m doing now, I really was never looking for weight loss coffee or the other Sisel Products and if I was, I generally just go to Wal-Mart.)
• Seamless compensation (we’ll see)
• Highest possible payout
• Good Leaders. (I have no idea)
• Strong Financial Backing and debt free and easily adaptable to market conditions. (wow…I might join)

The Sisel International Distributor Compensation Plan

 

1. The Fast Start Bonus (see image)
   1. You have to place an order of 50 PV to qualify for the first 4 weeks. If you enroll people during that time, you will get the FSB payout.
      1. The Fast Start Bonus on the Sisel Distributor plan gives you 30% from the distributors you bring in the first 4 weeks and 5% all the way up to the three upline sponsors.
      2. This means each person you bring on (down three levels) can make you 5% each time they bring a Sisel Distributor on board.
   2. Sisel Fast Start Retention Bonus
      1. You are qualified for this by placing and order of 50pv or more for the first 4 weeks.
      2. Orders that are 100PV or more will pay the Fast Start Retention bonus during weeks 5 thru 8.
      3. If the order is 200pv or more then you the Fast Start Retention Bonus is 15% or more.
      4. If the order is 150-199pv then you get 10%.
      5. Between 100-149 then it’s 5%
      6. Below 100 PV then you get a pay out that is the same as or less than what was generated in weeks 1-4.

3. Direct Sisel Distributor Commissions
   1. Any order 50pV or more with weeks 1-4 makes you qualified to get the Direct Distributor Commissions
   2. When your downline is 50PV or more, it becomes a qualified leg.
   3. Achieving 1 to 3 qualified legs will pay you the distributor commission up to 4 levels deep.
   4. 4 qualified legs pays 5 levels deep
   5. 5 qualified legs pays 6 levels deep
   6. And a 5-Star Master Distributor gets paid 2% to level 7

4. Sisel International Master Cheque Match
   1. You must have a monthly pv of 200
   2. You get a % of the masters below you.
   3. You have to have active Auto Purchase
   4. Have a Qualified Downline Volume (QDV)
      1. Master = 1,000 QDV
      2. 1 Star Master = 7,500 QDV

• 2 Star Master = 20k QDV

1. 3 Star Master = 50,000 QDV
   1. Pays 10% on Generation 1
   2. Pays 5% on Generation 2
   3. Pays 3% on Generation 3
2. 4 Star Master = 100,000 QDV
   1. Pays 10% on Generation 1
   2. Pays 5% on Generation 2
   3. Pays 5% on Generation 3
3. 5 Star Master = 250,000 QDV
   1. Pays 10% on Generation 1
   2. Pays 5% on Generation 2
   3. Pays 5% on Generation 3
   4. Pays 5% on Generation 4

5. Sisel Distributor Luxury Bonus
   1. You have to be a 2 star master earning $2000 in total commissions and bonuses.
      1. 2 star = $300 Luxury Bonus
      2. 3 Star = $500 Luxury Bonus

• 4 star = $600 Luxury Bonus

1. 5 star = $750 Luxury Bonus

1. The Luxury Bonus must be use for the Luxury Automobile. If you don’t want it towards a car, then you can take 50% of the bonus in a cash payout instead.

The Sisel Kaffe’ Compensation Plan

What? There’s another compensation plan for Sisel?

But I thought the one that I just finished reading was the best mlm compensation plan out there.

Isn’t that basically what Mr. Mower said.

Uhh..Yes.

So you’re as confused as I am and quite frankly I can’t do another compensation plan for Sisel.

Sisel International introduced a whole new compensation plan for the Kaffe’ line in Feb. 2015.

Hmmm.

Makes you wonder right?

I have no idea why and nor do I want to take the time to figure out why but it does make me wonder even more about that Sisel International Distributors Compensation packet that I labored over understanding…err..or…reading and not getting sucked into the hype.

If they truly had the best compensation plan, then it shouldn’t change right?

Maybe that has something to do with why Dani Walker and MLMvantage decided to turn their focus on becoming Yevo international distributors selling YEVO international products. (which I’ve already gone on a rant about)

Should I become a Sisel International Distributor?

Ok…so now that we have the mlm compensation plans out of the way, what about becoming a Sisel International Distributor?

Here’s some basic advice:

1. Do you  Believe in the Sisel International Products?

2. Do you have a clue about marketing?  (They say it’s not necessary but I beg to differ)

You see, you have to be confident in the product that you are selling in order to get any headway in the mlm game or any mlm business opportunity for that matter.

It’s like those birds in the world…let’s say the peacock.

If you have a larger pretty tail and you know how to use it and when to use it, you get more takers.

But if you are new and kind of hanging out with a long beautiful tail but you are afraid of it’s power and you’re not completely sold that this is the most beautiful tail in the world (even if it is) then you’re not going to sell it.

Do yourself a favor and take some confidence lessons before joining the mlm game. ( no really…I’m serious about that)

OR…at the very least..why don’t you check out some free Millionaire Mentoring videos.

No one….NO ONE wants to buy a product or join a team with someone who lacks confidence.

You could put a veteran Sisel International Distributor in front of me and  newer Sisel distributor and if the older one is like..”Yeah, you can money and the product is not too bad” and the newer guy is like” Hell yeah you can make some money!  Let me show you this awesome product!”

You know who I would pick?

The Happy guy.

The gal who freakin LOVES what they are doing and absolutely uses and promotes that product.

That only makes sense.

So..Let’s talk about leadership.

It is SOOO important.

You ever hear that old adage of “Fake it till you make it”?

It’s partly true.

The true part is where you ACT like a leader and you display confidence.

You could make this quote not work for you if you decide to fake it so much that you lose your authenticity and your smoothness level goes down several notches every time you open your mouth.

You see, learning these skills takes time.

 

Did you know that there is a statistic that the worlds millionaires and billionaires actually read an average of 65 books per year.  I think that’s what I just heard.

It doesn’t surprise me.

The more you learn, the more global you become and the more you can relate to other and the better leader you become.

The better leader you become and the better sales person you will be.

But…don’t join a mlm company just because you want to make money.  That’s a horrible idea and you’ll just end up being miserable.

You might make money but is it worth the expense you pay in leading an unauthentic and miserable life?

If you’re anyone that wants to work like I do, then you definitely understand what I’m talking about.

I’ve never stayed at a JOB for long that I didn’t believe in or wasn’t appreciative of the support I got to be successful in the job…and let’s face it…mlm is a job. …it just a stay a home job.

But you don’t have to be in a mlm to make extra money.

Get Paid More to Find mlm leads for mlm companies

What if you were the person that top mlm earners paid to help them get the leads for mlm that they needed?

What if you were the internet network marketing genius that business owners, mlm leaders and others came to when they needed to know how to generate leads for business?

Wouldn’t that be so awesome?

You wouldn’t have to rely on things like being a Sisel International Distributor or anything like that.

Sell Sisel International products

Now..if you truly love the Sisel products, go ahead and join and start selling BUT…you might want to get some mlm coaching from people like me first….or maybe even take the internet online marketing course that I did.

I’m not saying you have to and I’m not saying you won’t be successful if you don’t get a mlm coach but it will take you longer and you will probably get frustrated more often on your way to success.

And…if you are like most people that join a mlm company, you will likely quite and become the 90% or more that do not make enough extra money to stay at home and work for a living.

There are a couple of things you really have to master on your way to success.

You have to learn the principles of closing…because let’s fact it..you can get all the mlm leads on Earth and pay for thousands in lead generation and not close a single deal if you have no idea how to close leads.

Those top mlm earners?

They are top closers too….guaranteed.

So…you need to learn that closing requires leadership and then you need to create urgency within your leads.

Once you do that, you need help them make the logical decision to join or not join.

To be honest with you?

It is totally your fault if you don’t help them make the right decision and if you truly believe in your product and you KNOW that your product will help them and their family, then is it your obligation to help them get it.

Simple as that.

Really it is.

People want to be told what to do.

After 10 years of teaching, I can tell you that people respond better and perform at higher marks when they have clear and concise directions to follow.

Become a Leader – Maria Did it and So can you

You have to give people permission to help themselves.

I know it sounds crazy but it’s true.

Help people make the right decision to join….Like my friend Maria.

You know what she did?

She joined this program that I’m in and she was able to move into a larger home from her work at home income that she generated using the skills in the online coaching opportunity that Brad (in the video on this page) is talking about.

She worked for years, (she was in Empower Network) to try to make a living off of mlms and she didn’t budge.

You can not sell a product you don’t believe in and if you are just trying to make money online, you will miss your mark if you don’t find a passion within the product you are trying to sell.

Closing mlm leads

Here’s some ways you might want to try and close some deals in your mlm if you are already a Sisel Distributor trying to close the deal:

1. Be Enthusiastic.  Master happiness.  Know what your mlm lead wants, what they need and what they desire with your product.  They are already interested…you have to learn about them to help them.

2. Don’t’ be Inspector Gadget.  You have to be smooth and this comes with training and practice. Dustin is a master at smooth….let me tell you…you don’t know a sales close till you see this guy in action.  Nothing forceful and nothing overbearing.  Just real and matter of fact.  You have an opportunity before you, do you want it or not.  It doesn’t matter what you say, because the best closer will go on closing.  You miss the opportunity if you don’t give it a try. Simple as that.  If you don’t step up to the plate, you 100% do not have a chance to hit the ball.

Get it?

3. Listening.  A priority skill in mlm.  You need to hear what your prospects are saying so the phone is an important part of the process. How did you join a mlm? What was the last big item you bought for your home? Did you do it without talking to someone?  Probably not.  Think about when you bought your house…a HUGE purchase for your family.  Something that you will invest in for years to come and something that will pay you back for years to come.  Did you do that without talking to anyone.   Of course not.  And you shouldn’t expect a mlm opportunity or a coaching mlm course or online lead course to do any different.

 

4. Closing….two things here:  1. You are going to ask your mlm prospects questions OR 2. You are going to issue them a command.

 

That’s pretty much the closing process!

You have to build your closing muscles in a sense and I have never found a better way than with Dustin and Brad.
