Tatakbong Congressman dito sa Marikina?
waaaa nangangampanya na! tsk tsk... di ba di naman talagang taga Marikina itong si Quimbo? Ano pong alam nya dito sa Marikina? Ilang taon na ba syang nagstay dito? tsk tsk tsk....

i can vouch for miro ...
i've know him since mag schoolmates kami sa marist way back 80's ...
ahead lang ako ng isang taon sa kanya ...
though his roots may not be from marikina ...
but he has lived for a long time in marikina ...

mas matanda ka pa dyan?? wahahaha

atty. quimbo for me.. ok for politics... why? top reason mayaman... less need for extra earnings.. although he might be greedy sometimes mas madalang to kesa dun sa mga walang pera - naging politiko lang yumaman na..questionable...

Lerion is Marikina's official folk dance

Lerion is a festival dance adapted from the popular folk song, "Leron, Leron, Sinta". This is a favorite dance of the old people of Parang, Marikina.
The female wears balintawak style, tapis, soft panuelo around the neck, and chinelas as footwear. On the other hand, the male wears camisa de chino or barong tagalog, white trousers and chinelas as footwear.
