Let’s do this. Yup, It’s a Talk Fusion Review. Honestly, it’s more of an investigation to look at the rumors of a Talk Fusion pyramid Scheme or scam because of the Class Action Lawsuit that Talk Fusion is now Facing.
Class Action = Big Deal.
So let’s get into the thick of it.
If you’re new to this site, you probably will first need to know what mlms are and some basic mlm terminology. To do that, just check out my “mlm dictionary” where I define all I could think of in order to help you understand mlm companies a little better.
In regards to how TalkFusion is considered a mlm (Multi Level Marketing) company, it is because you can make money selling a product and building a team of others that sell the product. In this case, Talk Fusion reps or affiliates are selling Talk Fusion “products” through the Talk Fusion website.
The problem seems to be that Talk Fusion is not actually selling their own product but it appears that they are price gauging products that are already available, getting others to buy them at much higher prices and then profiting from the lack of knowledge of their “followers”.
I’m not sure if this is all true or not, so let’s get theses mlm reviews under way and take a good look at Talk Fusion and see what we can find out.
Before I get into the super nitty gritty of the Talk Fusion review though, I want to share with you what Brad thinks of mlm. Brad made over $20K in a month with Empower Network and now he no longer promotes the company.
I think his video will tell you better than I can type, so here you go:
If you’ve already been suspecting that multi level marketing is not the way you want to go and you can totally see the value in learning how to build sites and a business that you can profit from because of your own learned skills rather than someone else’s product, let’s get you on a call and see if you’re a good fit for the program. Talk Fusion Reviews – The Business Opportunity
Talk Fusion Compensation Plan Video:
It’s a typical mlm compensation plan, with the exception of getting paid daily.
Talk Fusion Review – Is there a Talk Fusion Pyramid Scheme?
After checking out a lot of Talk fusion complaints, it’s clear that there must be something up with the Talk Fusion Pyramid Scheme rumors.
In addition to finding some rather disturbing Talk Fusion complaints, the fact that there is a Class Action lawsuit against TalkFusion is also a hint that things might not be the best on the Talk Fusion homefront.
Talk Fusion Review – TalkFusion Complaints
Let’s start with the Talk Fusion complaints:
I even found some TalkFusion complaints about the company on rip off report but all of them were from 2013 and most complained about the fact that TalkFusion is not very friendly when it comes to returns.
The next shocking piece of Talk Fusion complaints goes along the lines of the rumors of the Talk Fusion Pyramid Schemes.
So what is the deal with Talk Fusion and the Class Action Lawsuit? (Which by the way, this is not the first time Talk Fusion has been sued. It seems that the leadership at TalkFusion has the need for some serious revamping with all the negative reviews from Talk Fusion employees and Affiliates)
According to scribd.com, there was a lawsuit filed on November 26th by a guy named Dennis Gray. He claims that he was deceived by Talk Fusion and was told he could make great money but only seemed to lose it. He also claimed that there was a Talk Fusion Pyramid Scheme hiding under the umbrella of begin called a mlm company. (multi-level marketing)
In addition to being deceived, Dennis Gray claims that many of the products that Talkfusion offers are also available free online or through established companies such as Adobe and Cisco with not sign up fees.
Associates are limited to being able to sell to retail consumers and can not sell much unless they own the Pro-Package of the Talk Fusion Projects. The money that Talk Fusion Associates make is from the fact that new associates are brought in on the pyramid. In addition (as you can see above) there are monthly storage fees that are paid in order to be a part of the Talk Fusion Business opportunity.
One such piece of evidence brought up in the lawsuit is the Talk fusion 2 in 72 rule which can be found in the TalkFusion Comp plan. The ful sates that if you get one new associate in your right leg and one new one in your right leg in 72 hours and if you get them to do the same, you get to be a “Diamond” rank. This rank then comes with high value bonuses such as cars and vacation trips. The bonuses are claimed to be mostly based on the amount of recruits you get and the emphasis is NOT on the amount of retail sales.
Here’s an interesting statement from the Talk Fusion Disclaimer: “In any case, it is rare for the Talk Fusion Independent Associate to earn any at all”
Uhmmm..that sucks.
TalkFusion – Is there something better?
With all the controversy surrounding the Talk Fusion opportunity, I’m inclined to tell you to steer away.
The Talk Fusion reviews from their own employees alone scare me as they should you. There is no reason, in this day and age, for a company to have such horrible reviews and complaints from their own employees.
In addition, even the people who wanted a refund back from TalkFusion, think about how big Talk fusion is. Isn’t it a smarter decision to refund the people within 30 days rather than just 3 days rather than deal with harmful TalkFusion reviews?
It’s just stupid business.
Last but not least, the lawsuit claims that many of the products that TalkFusion offers are free elsewhere are true. Perhaps Talkfusion offers a more organized database to access the softwares that perform the video services.
In addition to the complaints, remember that Talk Fusion is a mlm. Inevitably you will have to focus on recruiting people to make money with this network marketing opportunity.
It’s been already proven that Talk Fusion lacks good leadership so it can be assumed they lack good training.
Training is essential in the mlm world and sadly it is often lacking.
