Buy the Young Living Starter Kits?
Sell YoungLiving Essential Oils?
I get it. You are thinking of purchasing the Young Living Starter Kits because you are probably like me. You love essential oils. You like how pure and clean they make you feel and smell and it just makes sense to sell YoungLiving essential oils or the doTERRA essential oils right? Why not try a mlm company right?
Plus, making some extra cash selling something you love sounds super awesome!
You can check out the Young Living Review here or visit their site: www.youngliving.com for info they provide.
Young Living essential oils are very tempting. They are a great product and they are unique in that they are not about all the hype but more about natural healing straight from Mother Nature.
Besides YoungLIving having an awesome slew of products, selling essential oils sure beats the heck out of one of those work from home stuffing envelopes jobs right?
You know I’m right.
I just hate how they taste …and yes, I know about the envelope stuffing tools and all that but I still prefer to lick it with my tongue because I hate stickiness on my fingers more than I hate the taste of envelopes.
So maybe you are an ideal candidate for selling Young Living Essential Oils, but does that mean you should become a YoungLiving distributor?
Do you have any idea what it means to join a mlms like Young Living?
My friend Brad does:
Interested? Schedule a Call but only do so if you’re serious because in Brad and my world, time is money!
Still thinking about YoungLiving?
Ok..so maybe you are still interested in selling Young Living and you’re pretty sure you can do a bang up job because “you’re different” right?
You’re going to be the nest mompreneur to become a millionaire or the next dadpreneur right? (If So..then you might want to check out these millionaire mentoring videos)
Well, you’re going to need to know about Young Living Everyday Oils in order to make a good decision. Afterall, there is do Terra and if you pick one and not the other, you can blame on the fact that you joined based on my Young Living Review and not my doterra review right?
I know….sounds crazy.
But let’s get down to it….the nitty gritty of selling YoungLiving to your friends, family and the general public if you can get their attention.
YoungLiving Oils Review
Young Living essential oils was founded in 1993 (right around the time I started my freshman year in high school) and originally started as a small brick and mortar business. They’ve been around forever (like over 20 years) and continue to grow.
As the new wave of healthy eating and green food and natural healing starts to emerge, Young Living Essential Oils has years of experience in the industry.
I, myself, have a whole collection of essential oils that I use and have used for over 15 years or so. I remember back in the day where I was lucky to find someone at the local flea market who might have the essential oil I was looking for.
Young Living everyday oils are everywhere and made of (what seems) everything! It’s like essential oil heaven!
You can find a Young Living Distributor pretty close by and order to your hearts content some of the most impressive essential oils around and you know it will be good quality.
Young Living Essential Oils uses a “seed to seal” production process which they claim is the best way to capture essential oils in the whole world.
The founders, D. Gary Young and Mary Young (I wonder if I’m related) started out making a herb farm and a distillery operation.
Gary, the superman of YoungLiving oils, already knew the benefits that essential oils held and wanted more quality oils than what he was able to find at the time. (I don’t blame him, I have purchase some really shoddy essential oils in the past myself…it sucks) So Gary has the essential oils visions and Mary brought some great direct selling skills to the table.
Together, the Youngs are a mlm powerhouse. They began to build the Young Living Everyday Oils Empire and began to share their love for essential oils all around the globe. (successfully I might add)
After being officially established a year later (1994), the YoungLiving entrepreneurs acquired more farmland in Utah and Idaho and began to grow some of my absolutely most favorite herbs on the plant. They cultivated and harvested lavender (my favorite….I would hoard it if I could), Melissa, clary sage, peppermint and so much more!

As the demand for essential oils grew, Young Living took the lead and designed and built the largest essential oil distillery in North America. At this time they developed their coveted Seed to Seal process to ensure the purest essential oils for sale.

If you didn’t already know, YoungLiving is the world’s top forerunner in natural wellness solutions and essential oils.
With the Young Living headquarters in Utah, they also house offices in Canada, Europe, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. The Young Living company has grown so big that they also have farms around the globe making healthy essentials oils that are pure and balanced.
Young Living distributors are popping up everywhere. But are all of them successful? I guess you could find out by trying it yourself huh? (pssst…..get a mlm coach first…)
Young Living isn’t slowing down either, just this past month they launched18 new Young Living products to the world at the Young Living International Grand Convention in the large state of Texas.
The new Young Living products are focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle and some are extensions of their already hugely popular essential oils products.
I don’t know about you, but I LOVE it when my home smells like essential oils. It’s so fresh and clean smelling. I use to make my own essential oil cleaners all the time and then I got busy.
I love the idea that Young Living is making these everyday oils to use on a daily basis. It’s truly exciting!
The new products are:

- Theives Essential Oil Frust and Veggie Spray

Of course there are so many more Young Living Essentials Products than that.
YoungLiving Products
Young Living products are diverse as you can tell by my list of the new Young Essentials above.
I had some time to check out what the Thieves Essential Oil was out of pure curiosity and I was shocked to find that this 0.5ml bottle was over $40. Ouch to my pocketbook.
I hope the Thieves oil really works.
So what is Thieves oil?
Thieves essential oil is Young Essentials Oil Blend that was created from a story about French Thieves who used oils made of rosemary, clove, Eucalyptus radiata and some other essentials while robbing dead or dying people.
The Young Living Thieves Essential Oil is found in several products. Some products can be taken internally to apparently support immune function and respiratory issues. While other Thieves Essential Oil products are made for cleaning the home.
It’s a little weird to think that you ingest something you also clean with, but lemon is a very good cleaner, along with vinegar and we can ingest those. Also, if you look at it in a different perspective, you know you’re not putting caustic cleaners in your home if you are cleaning something you can digest right?
My issue? The cost! I can’t believe less than a milliliter (tiny tiny amount) is over $40. It’s nuts. But if it works…then I guess it’s ok.
Some other products that Young Living Distributors might sell include:
- Peppermint Essential Oil (helps deter rodents!)
- Valor Essential Oil
- Lemongrass Essential Oil
- Patchouli Essential Oil (Hippie smell..one of my favorites in small amounts and also used in a lot of perfumes!)
- Bergamont Essential Oil

There are so many uses for essentials oils and they have been around since the start of time so it seems as though there are infinite possibilities for anyone thinking of becoming a Young Living Distributor. (Think Avon Big)
I love essential oils! Just talking about them makes me remember how nice they are. I don’t know what it is, but the smell of them and the way I relax in a bath full of lavender essential oils might be one of the reasons!
Young Living Starter Kits
The Young Living Starter Kits allow you to get started with Young Living samples and helps you share with others the YoungLiving culture. (which is kind of cool)

There you have it! All of the Young Living Starter Kits in one spot with all of the Young Living Products included.
Man! That took some time!
Ok..so..of course there are a ton of other Young Living Products out there but if you take a glance at the starter kits you will get a good idea of what is most popular and what the hot sellers are.
I like the idea of selling Young Living essential oils because of the writing opportunity that exists.
They have so many products that you could literally build a huge site (if you are committed enough) about the benefits of different essential oils and then sell them.
My only issue and hesitation about this mlm company is the fact that the essential oils are so costly and it makes me wonder how doTerra essential oils compares in regards to pricing.
The Young Living Essential Rewards Kits offer a smaller amount of product but they are not the starter kits so they would not qualify you to be a Young Living Distributor.
As a Young Living Essential Oils Distributor you also have access to purchase their pamphlets, brochures and magazines. All of them are aesthetically pleasing and this is the first mlm company I have come across that skillfully prices and sells their propaganda materials to their distributors.
They are very nice flyers and such so it is nice that it’s already done and in one spot for you as a Young Living Sales Rep.
In addition to the product information supplies that you can buy for your Young Living business, you can also purchase branded bags to carry your oils in and other items like Young Living Shaker Bottles. (BeachBody Coaches get shaker bottles too)
These would be good give away items if you decide to have a Young Living seminar.
Overall, it looks like the product education and support for Young Living Essentials is really impressive.
So how much does Young Living Pay their distributors? Can you make money with Young Living?
Let’s find out…
The Young Living Essential Oils Distributor – Compensation Plan
The Young Living Compensation Plan has mentions of financial independence, security and how their unique comp plan will get you there.
I’d believe it all if this was the first time I’ve ever seen such a mlm compensation plan, but I’ve seen it before and even if it is a legitimate compensation plan, you stil have to find people to sell to.
The Young Living company is set to create each distributor as a member of their family and the mentioning of family reminds me a lot of how Empower Network talks about their “family” empowerment and what not. The difference between Empower Network and Young Living is that Young Living actually has a solid product you can “bank on”. See my Empower Network Review for more info on what they do. (read: boring and kind of icky feeling)
The YoungLiving compensation plan bares three routes through which you which you can grow your Young Living Essential Oils Business:
- Create Foundation – The Young Living comp plan states that you can do this with the Rising Star Team Bonus. I’m kind of lost of how this creates a foundation and I feel like the foundation should say something more like this: “Learn how to market and drive traffic” but it doesn’t…so it’s a bit of let down.
- Build – To build your Young Living Business you “simply” share your experience with others and adding them to your sales team. Sounds so easy.
- Lead – Once you have built a bit, you now are charted with the seas of leadership. Inspire others to go up the ranks worldwide.
The Young Living website showed me a little sneak peek of the compensation plan and it the following is what I learned.
- To Create the Foundation, the Young Living Compensation Plan offers Five Levels of Compensation. IN order to start earning on the Unilevel compensation plan, you must first achieve 100 PV points.
Here are the Qualifications for the Young Living Essentials Ranks and the amount and type of volume and earnings you need to earn at each Level.
- Young Living Distributor Rank
- 50 PV (I think this just gets you a starter pack and you get a place on the genealogy tree)
- Young Living Distributor – Distributor Rank – Earning Team Commissions
- 100 PV required off Young Living Products
- Level 1 – Earn 8%
- Level 2 – Earn 5%
- YoungLiving Distributor –Star Rank
- 100 PV (Personal Volume)
- 500 OGV (Organization Group Volume)
- Level 1 – Earn 8%
- Level 2 – Earn 5%
- Level 3 – Earn 4%
- Young Living Distributor –Senior Star Rank
- 100 PV
- 2,000 OGV
- Level 1 – Earn 8%
- Level 2 – Earn 5%
- Level 3 – Earn 4%
- Level 4 – Earn 4%
- Young Living Distributor – Executive Rank
- 100 PV
- 4,000 OGV
- Level 1 – Earn 8%
- Level 2 – Earn 5%
- Level 3 – Earn 4%
- Level 4 – Earn 4%
- Level 5 – Earn 4%
The Rising Star Team Bonus Pool – Only the Star, Senior Star and Executive Young Living Distributor Rans can share in 1% of Young Living Commissionable sales. The pay is dependent on how many Shares each YoungLiving Distributor earns.
In order to qualify you must be a Star, Senior Star or Executive, have a 100PV Essential Rewards Order, Have three legs that each have 300 OGV or more.
- 300 OGV = 1 share
- 500 OGV in two additional legs = 2 more shares (3 total shares)
- Two more legs of 1,000 OGV = 3 more shares (6 total shares)
At the Rank of Silver and above you do not get the rising star bonus, however, you do start to earn on your generations. The Young Living Compensation Plan actually starts you out at the Silver Level earning on three generations. That is unique in all of the mlm plans I have mentions in my mlm reviews, along with the Rising Star Bonus (although the bonus is sort of similar to a Fast Track or a Fast Start Bonus but without the time limit and Young Living offers a Fast Start Bonus too, so this is unique and more generous than some other mlms in my mlm reviews….but consider what you’re selling….very very expensive, but pure, essential oils. Not everyone will buy what you’re selling so you’re going to have to amp up and get ready for some rejection if you want to survive.)

- Diamond – 4 Shares
- Crown Diamond – 5 Shares
- Royal Crown Diamond – 6 Shares
YoungLiving Diamond Express Profit Sharing
At the Diamond Rank, you get paid 0.5% on the commissionable sales monthly in the form of shares.
- Diamond – 1 share
- Crown Diamond – 2 shares
- Royal Crown Diamond – 3 shares
Young Living pays 0.5% of the monthly commissionable sales in shares to Diamond leaders as a reward for helping to build Young Living worldwide.
Young Living Diamond Elite Program
This is another way for Young Living Distributors to earn money by sharing the Young Living opportunity. It is a “by invitation” only program that give incentives and rewards distributors at this level for participating as a Young Living Brand Ambassador (basically). If you participate in the Diamond Elite or the Diamond Express Profit Sharing Pool, you can not count your activity toward profit sharing qualification requirements.
Ok, So that is how you earn off of your team, but how do you earn off of just the oils themselves? I wonder how hard it is to make money from the retail profits of such expensive items.
In the throw away world of today, people are still surprisingly stingy about spending money on consumables and essential oils, although powerful, come in small packages.
If you were to show someone what 0.5ml really looked like in a clear container, they would probably have a heart attack at the cost.
If you’re going to sell Young Living Essential Oils and Products then I suggest you do your homework and learn about some of the methods they use in the Young Living Purification process so that you can better educate (and better sell) your Young Living oils.
Now…Here are some other ways in which you can earn from the Young Living Comp Plan:
- Young Living Fast Start Bonus – 25% and up to $200 on each personally enrolled Young Living Distributor during the first three months.Earn 10% and up to $80 each on new Young Living Distributors during the first three months that are placed in your second level.
- Start Living Bonus – One time $25 cash bonus whenever your new peronsally enrolled Young Living Distributors order the Young Living Starter Kits at the Premium level.
- Retail Profit – You earn the difference between the wholesale and retail price when you sell to new Young Living customers. The difference is 24% profit.
Young Living Essential Oils Testimonials
Before you go into business selling Young Living Oils, you are going to need to know what the testimonials and reviews look like. I’ve scoured the internet to find the best of the best and the worst of the worst so you can come prepared with answers should you decide to take advantage of the Young Living business opportunity.
The Good
There were a TON of good reviews out there. The Young Living reviews that I found ranged from skeptics at first to lovers from the beginning.
One woman even talked about how her husband made fun of her for trying the Young Living Thieves Essential Oil for immune support and colds. She described how she had him try it and then he became an avid Young Living supporter.
Of course there were a large amount of people in the reviews that I found who were obviously Young Living Distributors, but you could find the “real customers if you scanned through enough of them.
Aside from mentioning the Young Living products, some of the Young Living testimonials mentioned other recipes and remedies that you could use as well.
The good reviews did mention how they found the quality of the Young Living Essential Oils to be better than some of the other essential oils they have found.
Overall, the majority of the Young Living Testimonials were all positive.

The Bad
As with any company, as you will find among the Young Living reviews, there are some haters. What I found interesting, however, is that the haters were not hating Young Living oils.
The majority of the bad reviews that I was able to find all had something to do with the bottles being tampered with and the products not seeming quite right.
Once I dug deeper, these oils were purchased off of Amazon and were not Young Living Oils at all, even though they were being sold as them.
I’m not sure how they can be sold on Amazon but it seemed that whoever was doing it is actually tainting Young Living’s name (even though they have a disclaimer).
One of the more interesting Young Living reviews I encountered was one about the Thieves Essential Oil. Multiple people mentioned the tampering of the bottle and the fact that it smelled nothing like the Thieves they had bought before.
There were countless people saying that they should have bought from a Young Living Distributor.
In addition to the real reviews, there were also people talking about the Young Living Product and the price.
One guy even gives you a recipe for the Thieves Essential Oil so you can make it yourself. He also mentions another company you can buy from. …of course.
I think the only way to know if the Young Living oils are for you or not is to try them.
The UGLY
Among my Young Living review and testimonial hunt, I came across an interesting one that questioned the integrity of the Young Living brand because of Gary Young (one of the founders of Young Living).
In the review it was mentioned how YoungLiving had made the news. Check it out:
“In my opinion, Young Living Oils gets into making extraordinary claims about their products. Looking at the background of Young himself indicates to me he may have some personal integrity issues, and this may be reflected in his company practices. One that especially concerns me is that apparently his literature promoted the idea of doing extractions at 0 psi (no pressure) for better quality oil. Yet his own factory was found to be doing extractions at 125psi, so high it blew up one of his self-made extraction devices and seriously injured a worker. This ended up in the media. Of course Young Living will have their own side to this story, but it raises big question marks for me. Whilst I am not a big supporter of the quackwatch.org site (and the people behind it) and I most certainly do NOT agree with the MOST of their worldview, I will say they have turned up some interesting and insightful info about the history of Gary Young (just search Google for “young essential oils quackwatch” without the quotation marks).” –
My Thoughts
Personally, I believe YoungLiving is a great product. Yeah..I’m not keen on the high price point but if it works, you really can’t complain.
I think the internet has more negative reviews than positive because the people who love the product, quite frankly, are happy and spend their time doing other healthy things.
Angry and disgruntled people tend to throw fits and let everyone know how unhappy they are. (I’m guilty of it myself)
When you are hot and geared up about something that makes you mad, you are far more likely to take action than if you are happy as a lark.
So when I see so little bad reviews for Young Living, or any product for that matter, it makes me think that the product is probably extremely good.
I could be totally wrong but I’m not asking you to believe things the way I do. I just think this way from my own experiences and I expect (and hope) you do the same.
So, when it comes to the Young Living testimonials, I say take them with a grain of salt. I only really ever believe what comes straight from the horses mouth….so to speak.
Do your own due diligence and compare the products and make your own decision.
Heck…take advantage of that scientific method you learned in primary school while you’re at it!
Young Living Essential Oils Scam

So after all the above information, I’m sure you want to know if there is a Young Living Essential Oils Scam.
Here’s the thing, people put “Young Living Essentials Oils Scam” to catch your attention, rank on the search engines and get you to read their page.
Like many things in life, if you look for it you will find it. If you already think YoungLiving is a scam, then you will likely find some pissed off former Young living distributors who made no money and weren’t really into the whole mlm thing in the first place.
You also find the exact opposite of a group of people who are successful and are trying to build their downline.
From all that I’ve read, Young Living Essential Oils is not a scam. They offer a solid product and they have a pretty good compensation plan.
I’d say if you were going to jump into the mlm industry and you really like essential oils (like me) then you definitely need to seriously consider the Young Living Business Opportunity.
If you go into a business venture already doubting their integrity, then you should probably be more concerned about your own judgement skills rather than if there is a Young Living Essential Oils Scam right?
I hope you see the truth in that.
So my verdict?
It’s not a scam by any means that I can tell. They are truly focused on their product and building a great culture of people who are focused on natural healing.
Personally, I love that sort of thing.
In regards to Young Living there are a lot of great things about the company to consider if you want to become a distributor:
- They have time on their hands – Longevity that is. Over 20 years in the biz.
- Great natural living philosophy
- Massive amounts of products that you can likely find people for again and again…including pets.
- Scientific Studies backing up the effectiveness of their products.
- PhDs and a Young Living Scientific Advisory Board
- Their own distillery and laboratory (love it!)
- Training and Corporate Events for motivation and business growth
- Young Living starter Kits start at $40 (Most small business start ups and franchises cost 10,000 or more)
- Local Meetings among distributors
- Leadership cruise and conventions. You even get to see the farms where Young Living Products begin their trip to purification.
- Endless amounts of education on the business and the products. Essential Oils have been around for hundreds of years so there is a lot of information out there.
- Great magazines and pamphlets.
- You can work part-time or full time.
- Residual Income (as long as your customers keep buying)
- Tax Savings
- Extra money in retirement or for retirement
- You learn how to heal and clean with natural remedies
Making money with online network marketing or at your home doesn’t have to be super hard and Young Living definitely has a unique opportunity.
Among the opportunities (some already mentioned above) are:
- Essential Rewards Program – This allows you, the Young Living Independent Distributor, to earn as much as 20% off each order in Essential Reward Points that go towards purchasing Young Living products. You have to enroll in the program.
- Earning Commission – Sharing the Young Living products with others will allow you to take part in real “network marketing” opportunities. You can earn extra money at home with the bonuses and commissions. Some people do get to over 2 grand a month in a quick period of time, while others take a while.
- Wholesale Pricing – Young Living Distributors save 24% off of the retail price of young Living products along with other specials and promotions throughout the year.
Reasons to not join YoungLiving?
- It’s mlm. You still have to have volume in order to make money off their team compensation.
- The oils are very expensive. You will have to educate others on the benefits in order to prove the value and worth.
- Home parties (although you can make retail profit) are probably more likely because you have to educate your customers.
- Lack of training on how to gain internet traffic
- Competition with DoTerra essential Oils and Ava Anderson Non Toxic Distributors (not a lot of competition but it’s enough)
- To make a lot of money, you need to enroll other distributors.
- As with all business opportunities, just because you try hard doesn’t mean you will make money. You can read all the income earnings in the world and get excited about the potential to make income, but it may not come as easy as it may seem and many people give up rather than take the necessary steps they need to fix the problems to their lack of success. This goes for any mlm, not just Young Living. This is where I come in…
Should I join Young Living Essentials?
So if you read all of this review, you can tell that I’m truly a fan of this product and I believe they are a solid company. Their growth continues to be among the top of all the mlm companies out there and their product is solid.
With 20 years in the game of essential oils and the health and wellness industry it is very tempting to join and sell Young Living.
I don’t need to. The skills I’ve gained from my online coaching have actually made me the person that a Young Living Distributor comes to for help when they are lost in the mlm world and need to get more leads.
I’m a lead generator and I can rank website now at an international level and I haven’t even been in the program a year yet!
Before the program, I was a teacher and didn’t know jack about building websites or ranking in Google. But now? I’m the bomb diggity.
If you are already in mlm and you need some help, hook me up with your info:
If you want to learn the skills yourself like I did, then why not schedule a call and let’s see if you are fit for the program. Plan on a 30 to 45 minutes strategy session for your current situation OR to discuss your potential joining in the program.
We don’t let just anybody in, so come with your A game.
I’ve been in two mlms and made nada (actually lost money), I’ve been in this program and I’ve made thousands. It was a super duper wise choice on my part and I get to learn from the best in the industry every day. It’s awesome!
A quick little Distraction:
As I began to write this article today, I got an email from someone who had joined the Jeunesse Global business opportunity about a year ago.
The opportunity they thought they found was not what they expected and they were appalled at the push to get their friends to join and to pound the hell out of their facebook with Jeunesse. They joined under someone who uses attraction marketing and who doesn’t really talk about the Jeunesse opportunity at first. That person is doing really well….but they already had a huge following and they know their way around the internet. This new person does not.
Sadly, they had been through a lot of the frustrations not having a clue of how they were going to recoup the money they had spent and make money from their mlm.
Jeunesse, like so many other mlms, have good products but not very good support. If you sign up to a coach that is not yet bombarded with people in their downline, you might get some help but chances are they are busy trying to figure out how to do what you don’t know how to do too. Get traffic.
Some people will pay for mlm leads and find it flops just like their expectations of the program, others will follow their leaders and maybe get lucky and then there are the quitters and finally there are the select few that will realize if they want this as a career, they need some schooling.
It is more likely that you will be lost in the sea of mlm hopelessness, like my new friend, and continue to waste money on your mlm until you run out of money or your friends stop talking to you….or both.
What do you do when you join a mlm and have no idea how to market online or how to make money with a company like Jeunesse or Young Living?
You can believe in the product all you want, but if you don’t have the skills you will likely not make the grade.
Do yourself a favor, don’t go into a mlm blind. Get a mlm coach or some online marketing training.
You need Schooled!
Not only will it help you with that mlm you’ve been frustrated with, it might make you leave it and find a way to build your own business without a downline.
If you have read my other mlm reviews you know that I was one of the lost sheep in I Pas2 which is a part of Empower Network. I joined at the time they started their new Kalatu blog and even after I left, I see that people in Empower Network aren’t at the top of all the search engines.
The people I work with are at the top of search engines all over the globe and you can learn to do that too.
Why is it important?
Traffic.
Getting traffic to a website is a skill that people will pay you a lot of money for and is a skill you can make a lot of money with. You can make your whole career at home building traffic for yourself or others and have a pretty darn good living.
You’ll find that you don’t have to beg people to try a product, you just simply tell them, “Hey, I’m super good at that and I can really help you” and the money flows.
Check out what Brad has to say about it:
I hope to talk to you soon,
Charissa
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. We saw some Young Living Essential oils for sale and that’s why I decided to check it out and see what it was all about. Thank you so much for this review, it is very helpful.
No problem. I’m glad it helped.
Hmm is anyone else having problems with the images on this
blog loading? I’m trying to figure out if its a problem
on my end or if it’s the blog. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Helaine,
I’ve checked this Young Living Review post on a couple of computers and haven’t seen any problems. Maybe clear up your computer memory? If anyone is having a problem, please speak up. I definitely want to make sure it loads easy for my readers.
Wow, amazing blog layout! How long have you been blogging for?
you make blogging look easy. The overall look of your site is great, let alone the content!
Wow. Thanks so much! I had no idea my Young Living Review would get so much attention! I’ve been blogging a little under a year, but a I’m on a mission to work from home so this is my new full time focus. Thanks so much for the compliments!
Hi would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using?
I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having
a tough time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique.
I’ve used drupal and wordpress. I like wordpress for ease of use.
Wow, superb blog layout! I love that you put each bit of content into separate sections. This saves me so much time clicking around. The only thing I would recommend would be maybe adding a reference page. Overall super though!
Thanks Tracy,
I’ve actually been thinking of adding a reference section, however, it slows me down and right now I’m focused on imperfect action. (I learned this in my mlm coaching group so I highly recommend it as it has made me a lot of extra money! )
This is really interesting, You’re a very skilled blogger.
I have joined your feed and look forward to seeking more of
your fantastic post. Also, I’ve shared your site in my social networks!
Thanks!
I do trust all of the concepts you have presented
in your post. They are very convincing and will definitely work.
Still, the posts are very brief for newbies.
Could you please prolong them a bit from subsequent time?
Thank you for the post.
Uhm. I’m not really sure where it’s brief. If you can elaborate on your expectations, I’m open to adding more for sure! Thanks for the feedback.
I am so thankful for this review. It saves me so much time on deciding if I want to sell Young Living or not. I see your comment on your coaching program. Do all mlms lack so much training that you need coaching like this?
Kristina,
I’m glad you are enjoying the mlm reviews. As far as training and mlm companies, traditionally the training leaves much to be desired. It’s kind of like if you like running and you want to run a 5K. If you want to just complete the race, you can probably do that on your own with no coach but with a group of like minded friends. If you want to WIN the race, then it is better to have a coach to guide you and who can look objectively at your skill to help you master it and get you to grow stronger in your weak areas. Personally, I want to win (because it deals with money and because I’m competitive).
Think about it, do you just expect to win without direction? I can tell you the mlm experience I have had resulted in horrible support and no coaching. Even if I asked questions, my sponsors were often too busy chasing their next leads to help me out….which made me no money and left me extremely frustrated and feeling like I lost a lot of money. Getting a coach for coaching you to generate your own leads has more than paid me back and given me skills that no one but me (and the people in the coaching group) has and I can’t explain to you how valuable that is. It’s so much easier to tell you about this in person. Why not schedule a call?
Young Living Essential Oils has given us a great opportunity to make extra money on the side. I don’t mind house parties because it lets me socialize with others. As a stay at home mom this is very valuable to me. You mention home parties as a bad thing in some of your reviews. What gives?
Hi Malinda,
I don’t have anything against the home parties IF it’s your type of thing. To each his own right? I’m definitely not one to judge what you or anyone else enjoys. I personally would not want to have home parties and that is one of my big beefs with mlm companies. I just don’t think it’s the best most lucrative way to make money from home, on the side or elsewise. I figure people who read my blog are more like me and want to have a different option from having home parties to make extra money. If not, no harm no foul. I’m just doing my thing and it’s great to hear you love Young Living and home parties! Do your thing girl! If you ever decide you’d like to enter the online world and kill with your online marketing, just schedule a call or give me a “ring”. Best of luck to you!
Awesome! You mentioned in your doterra review that some of them may have been former Young Living employees before they left to make doterra. Do you have any reference for this?
HI Eileen-
I don’t have a reference for the doterra founders once working at Young Living essential oils. I only said that I guessed that it may be the case that they use to work at Young Living because in my research I found that some of them had worked for a large essential oil company prior to forming doTERRA. Since Young Living is such a huge and aged company, naturally I thought it is highly possible that the former essential oils company was Young Living. Make sense?
I had no idea there was so much money to be made with essential oils. Wow! Thanks for the in depth details. I’ve been enjoying your blog and look forward to more mlm reviews! I’m not ready to join any yet but soon!
Can you believe it’s been over 20 years for Young Living? It amazes me that they can sell at such high prices. You’re opportunity looks interesting, is it really expensive?
I agree with you. 20 years is a long time! I personally love essential oils and I have bought many through the years, but I agree with you, the Young Living oils are quite expensive. I’m not sure if I can comment if it is appropriate pricing or not because I have not personally tried either brand and have not paid attention to the health impact that essential oils can offer. I use them for calming and body scent. Before I did this review, I didn’t seriously think of them as legitimate medical medicines for more serious conditions. If they do what they say they do, I would say they are worth the expense. You can’t beat mother nature’s healing. (If you consider processed oils a natural thing). As far as the coaching program, it does cost money but it is well worth the cost. I’ve made well over my investment in less than a year. Without a doubt it’s better than the Young living opportunity because I don’t have to have any product. Schedule a call and let’s talk.
I originally sold doterra oils and then switched to Young Living Essential oils. There is a reason that they are number one!
We’re a group of volunteers and opening a brand new scheme in our community of Young Living Essential Oils Distributors.
Your web site offered us with useful information to work on. You have done an impressive task
and our whole community will probably be grateful to you.
Thanks for the feedback Terri. That’s cool that you think a lot of Young Living reps will like it!
Young Living Essential Oils are so much better than doTERRA oils no doubt. I understand you can’t make the claim, but I just want everyone to know it. I have used both.
The Young Living compensation plan is very similar to Jeunesse Global.
I have not compared the two, however I did do a review on Jeunesse Global that you can check.
Don’t do mlm! Do the mlm training program that she has! It’s awesome!
I’m glad I found your mlm review blog. Thanks for the time you put in.
I tried the DoTERRA Slim & Sassy and did ok but I prefer the Young Living NingXia Red. I think you just need to exercise with all weight loss products to lose weight.
This is a great Young Living Essential Oils Review. Kudos.
This is a great Young Living Review. By far the most complete one I have found in my search.
Fantastic goods from you, man. I have understand your stuff previous to and you’re just extremely great.
I actually like what you have acquired here, really like
what you are stating and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take
care of to keep it wise. I can’t wait to read much more from you.
This is actually a tremendous web site.
Wow. Thanks!
Young Living will need to create more product to keep up with doTERRA’s new line of products! Will you continue to update on their progression?
Hi Terese,
Yes, most certainly I will make sure to update you on Young Living Essential Oils as I find out more information. I have added a doTERRA update recently as well. My plan is to make this blog a hub for content like that. I hope you like it!
I’m really enjoying the theme/design of your weblog.
Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems?
A handful of my blog visitors have complained about my blog not working correctly in Explorer but looks
great in Safari. Do you have any recommendations to help fix this issue?
Hi Dan,
I have not run into any problems yet. I purposely choose a responsive layout to avoid issues like that.
Thank you so much for this Young Living Essentials Review. I’ve been torn between joining this or doterra. Too bad you don’t run your own scientific studies. This is a fantastic review.
Your review on the Young Living Business Opportunity looks like it took some time to compile. I appreciate the work you put into it. Very useful info.
Keep it up.
Hello! Do you know anyone that can make money by selling Cabi? I tried it out and was totally unsuccessful. I have some killer clothes though!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Young Living Essential Oils.
Regards
Thank you for the good write up on Young Living Oils. I just joined Young Living as a distributor so I’m wondering if I’ll do ok.
Do you have an email?
Cassandra, You can do well with Young Living Essential oils if you commit to it and learn what you need. Having some mlm heavy hitters in your corner might help too. Check out my Millionaire Mentoring and schedule a call. Let’s talk strategy.
I just recently got some jojoba oil and decided to make a few roller bottles of jojoba and essential oils. It is so much easier to apply Thieves Oil to my spine and bottom of my feet to help protect me during the cold and flu season. I also love my diffuser from Young Living Essential Oils.
Great! Does the Jojoba do more than just help with skin?
